We loved our stay and Noah is a fantastic host. The condo is on the 5th floor, and has a great view of the beach, ocean, and pool. It was very clean and comfortable and had all of the necessities to make us feel at home. We loved the area. It's very relaxed and quiet, mostly residents, or long term rentals. Noah is probably the best host I've had, very easy to get a hold of, and even checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. He also contacted us the first day to let us know about the rocket launches that were taking place during our stay, pretty cool! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Everything thing was just as it was listed. We felt at home and were able to relax as soon as we arrived. The view from the balcony was amazing. Easy to get to and from the private beach. Being able to park in the underground garage was a plus.

Absolutely loved the condo. We have been to Ocean Hammock several times and love everything about it. The area and beach is nice and clean. We love the pools and clubhouse. The condo was in great shape and CLEAN! Everything was perfect and what we hoped for.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Property was as described - comfortable, clean and very tranquil overlooking the private lake (we could hear the ocean from the balcony). Steps to the beach and a short walk to both pools. One pool located beach side w/ access to the beach and the other lakeside w/ a grille. A lot of walking/biking trails w/in the community. Host was responsive and provided clear instructions for everything via the app and a useful in property notebook. We had a great stay!

This unit has breathtaking views! I don’t think you could be any closer to the beach and all the amenities . The neighborhood was super safe with a guarded entrance. Parking was right outside the building . It was so nice to have a pet friendly building . It was easy to walk our pup . The beach was just a few steps outside our place. The kitchen was fully stocked and the place was decorated so cute! Thanks for a great time ! We would 100 percent stay again !

Loved this condo! Was very clean and so pretty! The views were amazing! Ac worked great! The condo provided so much stuff. Loved having designated garage parking. Amy was so easy to book with and gave us plenty of information.

Great location, fully functional kitchen and very spacious. We enjoyed our vacation.

The penthouse views are absolutely stellar in this clean and well maintained gem in Ormond Beach. Lenise and Dave’s handbook was super helpful in locating restaurants. They have provided nearly everything you need for the beach, towels, chairs and 1 umbrella. It’s also very clear that the owners have continued to invest in the place. A few places we have stayed it seemed like the owners are just collecting rent and ignoring upkeep. It’s very close to a Publix and an awesome local coffee shop: Happy Co and Surfing. My only complaint which is not in their control is though the building does have an elevator, there are a few steps to the beach for our son who cannot walk independently. That said, I have no hesitation in recommending this great spot!

Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

Great place to stay! the beach was really private and pool and beach access was so nice to have! the place was so clean and it was easy to get in and out (and felt very safe since it wasn't a crowded place and you had to use a key to get in and out)! would recommend and will stay again if we come back to the area!

We love the area close to the beach and yet very quiet and private. Lots to do in the area, and lots of places for shopping and eating. The pool in the hot tub were great. nice and warm. Hector was a wonderful host, and the unit was so well furnished with high end quality furnishings. He has thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable.

Great place with gorgeous views. Eric was very helpful throughout the whole process and the condo is more beautiful and up to date than the photos. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at The Blue Heron!!! The house was immaculate and elegantly decorated. The space was perfect for 7 guests. Plenty of room to enjoy the home without tripping over one another. The well appointed and up-kept home made our vacation stay very enjoyable. From the smallest details to wonderful amenities we could not ask for a nicer place to stay! Hosts were very responsive and helpful without intruding on our privacy, recommending local restaurants and giving helpful advice about the area. This accommodation is great for multigenerational families. 5 bedrooms with 4 ensuites and another 1.5 baths. A separate area with kitchenette and two bedrooms with bathrooms means the family with young children can have some privacy. Two beautiful balconies, a pool with area for poolside dining, bbq area and a beautiful beach 2-5 minute walk depending on age! The beach area does have exposed rocks in water but a short way up the beach the bottom is clear- and there are two community pools! One quiet Oceanside and a family one with kids splash area, grill bar and gym area. The house has everything you need and then some- kitchen dishes , serving platters, air fryer, two coffee makers, a snack basket on arrival etc etc Two garages filled with beach chairs, toys wagons etc etc Beautiful location and beautiful house- highly recommend!!!!

Hosts for this property were wonderful. Contacted us early to ensure we had no questions or concerns. The house was beautiful and put together nicely with that stay at home feel. Plenty of space and fully stocked with supplies to make your stay feel more stress-free! Highly recommend this property for future stays. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Scott and Merry Ann’s place exceeded our expectations! We had everything we needed and then some! The home is beautiful and well-stocked with everything you need for a fabulous stay. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Everything was spotless upon our arrival. We spent nearly every evening enjoying the outdoor kitchen, grill and bar. We cooked most every night and had all we needed to create delicious meals. Glasses, plates, and all kitchen and bar items were stocked so well. The pool was clean, refreshing and such a delight. We also enjoyed going to local beaches that were only about 10-15 minutes away. The gift basket was an unexpected delight—snacks, wine and other beverages were generously shared. We stay in a lot of airbnbs and this one was exceptional!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

This place was exactly what we were looking for my family had a blast making memories the only thing we wish is we would’ve booked longer we will definitely be back

It was an easy, convenient stay. Very clean.
