Lovely stay with 6 adults and 2 infants. Great set up for kids and very nice main room and decking area. Hot tub, BBQ, kayak and right next to a lovely lake. What more do you want!? Only slight draw back is you can hear the road but didn't bother us at all.

Lovely property well equipped and looked after. Great walks good facilities, friendly and responsive hosts. Would thoroughly recommend it for anyone hosting an extensive family gathering.

We had the pleasure to stay at the house over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. The surrounding area is beautiful and the house the well positioned with a beautiful view of and access to the lake. We’ve take the opportunity to make use of the row boat that came with the house. Inside, the properly was nicely furnished, clean and spacious. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay for a few nights. It wasn't great weather, so the little games room on site was very useful to entertain the kids. Great, quiet, countryside location but not too far from pubs etc. The barn had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Superior 3 bedroom lakeside Lodge with everything you could wish for. Everything was fantastic plus gorgeous weather which enhanced our experience. A peaceful and beautiful accommodation to stay in and loveky outside balcony overlooking a lovely small lake with all sorts of wildlife. Thoroughly enjoyed. X

The Stables was a wonderful place to relax. The location is really peaceful and beautiful, we enjoyed the woods and watching the bunnies playing in the field. It was very well equipped with good showers and comfy beds, and lovely place to spend time. Excellent, welcoming hosts. Would highly recommend it!

Noel and Karen are just the best! They could not have been more helpful. the property was breathtaking, somehow even better than the photos, Everybody in our party commented on how beautiful and comfortable the house was. Nobody wanted to leave. Noel went above and beyond with his messages, responding almost instantly with a great deal of helpful information. We left with some amazing memories. I could not be happier. I've spent the last couple of days scrolling though pictures of our lovely mini trip wishing I was there again. thanks again for all your help. Hayley

Our family of four loved staying at Vincent’s place. We had enough room (and rooms) to be together, and yet enjoy some individual space. The top floor room was so cosy and had a touch of fairy tale (Rapunzel tower kind of thing). The kitchen and dining/living room are spacious, well equipped and perfect to enjoy a meal or relax after a day out. The lodge is equipped with everything. Proximity to South Cerney and shops, as well as the restaurants across Spine Road (easily reachable on foot, a mere 10 minute walk) are also a plus to the location. We were even able to enjoy the sunshine on the deck, making the most of the tranquility of Windrush Lake. A big thank you to Vincent for the excellent communication and also for accommodating a later check-out though we only inquired on the eve of our departure.
