Patty’s Barn was a lovely stay for our family. Michelle was very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The place we stayed at was cosy and full of character, with great facilities for us to use on site.

Amazing property set in stunning grounds. We had planned to go out over the weekend but never left! The weather also made it for us meaning we got full use of the private grounds, hot tub and garden furniture whilst we spotted wild hare and deer running around the attached farm fields. The views were stunning. The house was very clean, spacious and well appointed. The garden room was everybody’s favourite! The beds were comfy, the showers and bath were great. The kitchen/ dining space was perfect. The hosts were responsive and also left a welcome basket. We also had fun playing ‘Shout Out’. What a fantastic weekend our party had, it was perfect from start to finish. Thank you! ☺️

From a question before we booked to the morning we pulled away to come home the whole experience was superb. Deborah was super attentive from start to finish but totally respected our privacy. The quality of the finish and detail on the actual building cannot be praised highly enough, the facilities, fittings are to the same exceptionally high standard. Spotlessly clean, modern & everything you need for some time away. The silence, but for the birds singing was beautiful, you get way more for your money than you realise. If you are looking then stop and book, you wont be disappointed 👌

Beautiful cottage. Private garden with hot tub. Cute quaint street with easy walks from the door step and handy pub next door with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Extremely dog friendly. Nice touches such as slippers and robes have a luxe feel. Plus dog bowls and treats provided made me feel super welcome to bring my dog.

Bank House Cottage is an exceptional cottage to stay at. Hosts Veronica and Alan were wonderful, giving local recommendations and ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. The cottage itself is beautiful and has an interesting history. It was sparkling clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We also availed of the Hot Tub which was luxurious and very relaxing. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at the cottage and hope to return in the future.

The cottage was easy to find from Derek's instructions which we didn't expect with how rural the area was. The house was beautiful and had extra amenities we didn't expect including a guest account for Netflix on the TV and a fancy fridge with an ice maker. Our dog enjoyed the garden (especially the ducks!) And absolutely loved the private field and river areas. She had a great run off the lead around here and a paddle in the river. With how rural the area was, it was a very quiet and peaceful area but we also visited the Beacon Fell nature reserve which was only a short 15 minute drive which was beautiful. The hosts were very helpful and were happy to answer any questions we had, even if we had already asked the question and just forgotten what they said!

Such a great find this was, in the middle of nowhere , gorgeous in the days and even better at night. So many walks to do round there but most afternoons we were in the house and would definitely go again

A fantastic property with a high quality and luxurious finish. Peaceful, with the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, despite being extremely close to shops and bars. Stayed with my three kids. Enjoyed the hot-tub and garden. The place was spotlessly clean and all of the appliances worked perfectly. A great sleep in very comfy beds, next to the sound of nature. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Lovely little cottage, perfect peaceful central location for Heysham, 5mins from wonderful views and walks to Half Moon Bay/Morecambe. Everything you need in the cottage for your stay, incl free parking in Royal Hotel car park v handy (good food too).

Absolutely fabulous! Angela was a perfect host, very flexible with us arriving later and met us in person, had even put the kettle on for us! The cottage was even better than expected, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and styled. A wonderful garden area and great attention to detail. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and the little extra touches ☺️

Welch Cottage was the perfect holiday home. The property was spacious, exceptionally clean and located off a pretty, leafy lane. The kitchen was a joy for a large family to prepare meals together. Lytham St Anne's was forty minutes away and had everything a young family needed for fun days at the beach and was remarkably free of litter. The Forest of Bowland was peaceful, beautiful and unspoilt. Thank you, we hope to return.

Great setting close to trough of bowland. Lovely to sit outside and watch the lambs while we ate our breakfast in the sun. Comfortable spacious accommodation and Ann was quick to respond to any questions / requests.

Peaceful spot, makes a nice change to open the door and see chickens and ducks. Our dog was fine with the resident dogs and loved walks on the canal and catching a ball in the field. Would love to stay again.

Visited friends in next village over and stayed at the cottage for a few nights with hubby, 2 daughters (10 & 7) and our 2 small well behaved dogs. Lovely cottage with everything we needed. Very clean, well presented & comfy. Off street parking was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when next up this way.

Jackie's house is lovely, spacious, and very clean. Jackie kept me updated with information and was very responsive. The house is just a short walk from the canal which is a great walking route.

Really relaxing, felt right at home and in the most beautiful, natural location. Our dogs loved the walks and you feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Will definitely be staying here again.

Sarah place was a lovely and tranquil stay. The location was incredibly and a perfect get away! A group of us stayed for a wedding in Clitheroe which was only about 15 -20 minutes depending how comfortable you are with country roads! Sarah house was wonderfully decorated and the overall building was beautiful with the beams still in place giving it a lovely cottage feeling for a large place! Definitely come and stay as a large group looking for a country side get away.

Great place to stay to break up our journey travelling from the Lake District. The host kindly let us check in early. The Horns Inn is only a short walk from the property which do lovely food. The property is next to a vets, which totally confused our dog! Ha. We would stay again. Thank you.

We loved our short stay in Lancaster! the place that we stayed was easy to find and we both loved how close it was to castle. It very close to everything and there always something to do. I would 100% recommend doing the castle tour. worth the money and time to do. We loved our walk up to Williamson park, as there so much to see on the walk up there. I would highly recommend you to stay at Jenny's place. Easy to find, and easy drive to it. We only stayed there for 2 nights and it felt like home, it's cosy and homely, its got everything you need or more. The only downside is, that we noticed people we sometime find there way into the yard, out of curiosity I think as its right next to castle. Just something to keep your eye on. it didn't bother us but it might be for you.

We really enjoyed staying at the coach house, located perfectly for access to Lytham and Blackpool. Big enough for 6 of us staying and with enough room for us to have had family around for dinner one evening. The accommodation itself is well kept, easy to find and Liz left clear instructions for access prior to us arriving. If you have a dog the garden is ideal for them to potter round securely. Thank you so much to Gill and Tom for a lovely stay. The coach house was beautiful, cosy yet spacious and had everything we needed. It was immaculate and well looked after, a real home from home. The local pub/restaurant with a stunning views of the estuary is only a stones throw away and the coach house looks out onto a field giving it a lovely rural feel whilst still being close to local amenities. Gill and Tom are really lovely, friendly, kind people and couldn’t do enough for us. We will be booking again and also recommending to family and friends. Thank you Gill and Tom ❤️
