Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Sie verfügt über hellen Wohn-Essbereich mit moderner komplett ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Bodenheizung, gratis Wi-Fi und eine sehr große private Terrasse. Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

In dieser geräumigen und besonderen Unterkunft wird sich die ganze Gruppe wohl fühlen. Die Ferienwohnungen sind voll ausgestattet, auch mit Spülmaschine und über einen Aufzug zu erreichen. Außerdem ist unser Haus als Klimahaus A zertifiziert und alle Räume sind mit Bodenheizung ausgestattet. In einem Gemeinschaftsraum mit Quooker, Teeküche, Leseecke und Billard können Gäste ihren Urlaub genießen. Es gibt auch ein vegetarisches Frühstück, Lebensmittel aus der Region auch vorgekocht.

Wir vermieten unser Blockhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht und äußerst gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Es wurde liebevoll renoviert. Unseren Gästen steht zur Verfügung: großes Wohnzimmer, neue Küche, sonniger Wintergarten, Schlafzimmer, kleines Schlafzimmer, Vorraum, Badezimmer, WC. Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten . Eigener Parkplatz. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.
