The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Come unwind and breathe at our couples mountain spa retreat. Atrium House has been designed to feel open to the lovely mountain surroundings yet let you relax in privacy. Our outdoor therapy hot tub, indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, and spacious two-person, walk-in shower make for a getaway so tranquil, you may never make it in to nearby Asheville! We're out in the country but just over a 15-minute drive from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, Hendersonville, Asheville Airport, and dozens of breweries.

This net-zero house is conveniently located on one secluded acre 5 miles from Asheville Regional Airport, 6 miles from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Built-in 2020 by Blue Ridge Energy Systems, Asheville's oldest green builder (est. 1977), it features large south facing triple pane windows, six-inch walls, 6.5 kW of PV panels, and a Tesla destination charger. Handcrafted cherry bed frames support queen size Casper memory foam mattresses in each bedroom and a handcrafted cherry table seats six.

Nestled on a private lane minutes from the Asheville airport and situated between Asheville and Hendersonville, this 695 sq. ft upstairs duplex unit blends modern style with comfort. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit features a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. Exterior stairs lead up to a private, open-air front porch with seating. Wall-mounted TVs in each bedroom and the living room, with Netflix access provided. Guests enjoy shared access to hot tub, laundry room, and fire ring.
