If you are lucky enough to get a reservation TAKE IT. This place is a gem. 100m from the sea, within walking distance of everything and spotlessly clean. It is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The pool and barbecue were a bonus. JC really is "the host with the most" and is friendly and extremely helpful. We can't wait to return.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de la prestation et de l’accueil de Corinne. Il faisait très chaud et nous avons pu profiter chaque jour et à chaque instant de la plage et de la piscine et pouvions admirer chaque soir de merveilleux couchers de soleil sous les cocotiers avec tous nos sympathiques voisins Maurice et Jacqueline

Appartement propre, récent, très bien équipé. Seul bémol, 3eme étage sans ascenseur… Hôte accueillant et arrangeant. Proche de toutes commodités et de la plage.

Great experience. This was my first Airbnb stay. I was skeptical while booking but everything was above my expectations. We just loved it. It's also a new property with all basic amenities.

Appartement très bien situé, tout se fait à pied: bus , plage, resto. L appartement est nickel, grand lit confortable, clim, serviette , gel douche , jus , plateau de fruit. Parfait quand on vient d arriver. La piscine est nickelle , quartier au calme . Martine est souriante et dispo.

Very new and modern flat in the 1st floor of a new building. Safe parking on the ground of the building. 3 balconys in the flat. Pool for all inhabitants of the building available. Good ACs. Only thing to be known: the beds are on the harder side. The flat is very close, 5-10 min walking, to the beach, a good bakery, a good pizza and a good burger restaurant. Very friendly and flexible host. Absolutely to be recommended!

Absolutely great value for money. For the price we paid, we got two spacious bedrooms in a beautifully decorated and well-equipped apartment. The location is also a big plus; just a short walk from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out were the thoughtful extras: teas, coffee, toiletries; all things you wouldn’t normally expect at this price point. These small touches made a big difference. In its category, this apartment is honestly one of the best we've stayed in. Highly recommended!

A wonderful apartment, there is everything you need to stay! A balcony with panoramic views, where it is pleasant to have breakfast and dinner. A very quiet place! The beach and the supermarket are all nearby. Independent check-in is a great idea! Yudish, very responsive and friendly, he was always in touch and ready to help with any question!

Ken was very helpful with checking in and out of the property - the property had everything we needed from air conditioning, lovely showers, spacious rooms and a lovely pool. There was also extras with bath towels and snorkelling equipment one of the best host experiences we’ve had!

We had the most magical stay at Asvin’s villa. Waking up to such a breath taking view every morning was surreal. The villa is gorgeous and lived up to our expectations. Felt like we were at a hotel at times as cleaners came regularly and changed our sheets too! What a truly beautiful space, we shall definitely be coming back!

Il a su nous proposer et conseiller des activités super chouettes On a beaucoup aimé séjourner dans sa maison, très confortable avec vue imprenable sur la mer, au calme. très jolies terrasses, jardin et piscine à disposition très agréables. Ramesh et Do ont été des hôtes parfaits. D'une gentillesse exceptionnelle! Le logement est très très propre, ils ont le désir de rendre service pour que nous puissions passer les meilleures vacances possible. Nous les remercions infiniment car ils ont contribué à la réussite de notre séjour sur l’île. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir très vite chez eux .

Un grand merci à Éric, un hôte au top, à l’image de ce logement exceptionnel. J’ai passé un super séjour dans un cadre magnifique ! Le logement est totalement fidèle aux photos de l’annonce. La piscine est parfaite pour se détendre au calme, dans une ambiance paisible et très agréable. La villa est idéalement située : proche de toutes les commodités et avec un accès rapide à l’une des routes principales pour explorer l’île sans stress. Mention spéciale aux personnes qui s’occupent de l’entretien de la maison, de la piscine et du jardin — discrets, adorables et toujours souriants. Encore un grand merci à Éric pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité, ses bons conseils… et les kayaks pour une sortie en mer inoubliable autour de l’île aux Bénitiers ! On a passé un séjour très agréable chez Alex et Marie-France. On a apprécié la qualité de la maison, le calme de l’endroit. La maison est facile à vivre et bien équipée. Beaucoup de choses à disposition pour l’arrivée dans le frigidaire ou en dehors (fruits, boissons, miel, etc.). La maison est située à proximité de la plage. La plage est très sympa en particulier le soir au coucher de soleil avec le Club Med illuminé à proximité. Le restaurant la Murene situé à deux pas est un délice et offre un super rapport qualité-prix.

We had a fantastic, spacious apartment. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The swimming pool was perfect for us and the kids. However, the real highlight of our stay was not the apartment itself, but the two hosts. I have rarely encountered such warm-hearted people who were always available with advice and assistance and constantly offered their help. I highly recommend trying Marvin’s dinner—it’s absolutely phenomenal. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We spent a nice week of family vacation in Charming Condo, the place is very convenient 5 min walk from the beach, it has all necessary kitchen ware, the terrace-balcony is a great place to have breakfasts and evening snacks to enjoy the sunset. Thank you Sebastien and Valerie for your hospitality!

Maria’s apartment is obviously a property used by herself. It made our stay easy as apartment from putting food in the fridge everything was there. Three aircon units and fans. Large water containers provided. Comfortable beds and a lovely balcony up with the coconuts. The view of the sea and the reef is stunning. The gate from the premises gave us immediate access to the beach and within 350 yards at least 19 restaurants with lovely food. Maria also put us in touch with a local taxi driver who also supplied hire cars. We had a lovely economical 4 door auto for £20 per day. Couldn’t have been happier.

Appartement conforme à la description, propre. Au calme, pas loin de la plage. Parking toujours disponible. Kaveesh est très serviable et réactif. Arrivée et départ autonome et très facile.

L'ile Maurice c'est le paradis sur terre mais chez Jimmy c'est le so mum. Jimmy, merci merci pour tout. L'accueil, les conseils, la prise de nouvelles durant notre séjour, ta maison est au top. La cuisine est plus que fonctionnelle. Un nespresso en plus d'une cafetière, vous pouvez vous faire à manger comme à la maison mais celà n'en vaut pas la peine. Au bout de la rue sur la plage vous trouverez tous les restaurants à des prix très abordable . Les chambres très grandes. La literie impeccable. Le linge de lit, de toilette et en plus vous avez les serviettes de plage. Tout était parfait. 2 terrasses dont une sur la piscine. La décoration de sa maison est trop trop belle. Si je dois revenir à Maurice c'est chez Jimmy et nulle part ailleurs. Jimmy, à jamais dans notre cœur. Merci 🙏

We had a great stay at this plce in Flic en Flac. The apartment is as described. It is nicely located and has everything you need. The communication with the hosts also worked smoothly. I totally recommend this place.

Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand ( liegt nur ein Häuserblock dazwischen) und Restaurants entfernt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Lediglich etwas mehr Toilettenpapier, Salz und Öl wären schön gewesen. Ansonsten allerdings einen wirklich schöne und empfehlenswerte AirBnB die ich sowohl für Gruppen und Familien empfehlen kann.

Jonathan’s apartment was a great find in Flic-en-Flac. It’s located on the ground floor of a well kept apartment complex, featuring a very nice big pool. The apartment is spacious and well maintained, equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. The added bonus is that security guard is always present. It’s a 5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to some really nice restaurants and a supermarket, pretty much in the center of Flac. Above all, Jonathan is an amazing host, responsive and very proactive in assuring we felt right at home. He has a great attitude and is very attentive. Can only recommend his place. Hope to meet when we’re in Mauritius next time.

Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung inkl. kleinem Pool war perfekt für unsere kleine Tochter :) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!! Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei.
