Wow, we have just got back from our holiday and this is by far the best Airbnb we have stayed at! The house is beautiful, absolutely spotless, finished to a very high standard, very homely with plenty of space. The location is very peaceful with very comfy beds & great pressure from the shower. The jacuzzi is brand new and HUGE and we loved using it after a busy day exploring and going for walks. We enjoyed days out to Conwy, Betws-y-Coed, Talacre Beach and Moel Famau. We also had a lovely meal at the local gastro pub the Druid Inn. Christopher & Paul are lovely hosts, they left us a very generous welcome basket including butter, bread, milk and treats, which was very kind of them. We met them briefly at check in & Christopher was very attentive and helpful during our stay, checking via message that we were happy with the heating, letting us charge the car which was much appreciated, they also let us check in early on arrival so we could make the most of our stay! Thanks again :-)

From booking the chalet, Gill and Nick were so very helpful, and very proactive. Travelling with a large hound, it is normally a real challenge to find somewhere that ticks all our boxes, but Gill and Nick were so hospitable, and welcoming, and their accommodation so perfect for our needs, they not only ticked the boxes, they well surpassed them. They even looked after our bouncy English pointer for the day (and night) when we went on a trip into Manchester, walking her regularly, and treating her as their own. She didn’t want to leave!. Many, many thanks to the best hosts one could ever wish for! Recommend very highly, especially of travelling with your beloved pet! 😁😁😁🐶🐾🥰🥰

I've always been a bit nervous about doing an Air BnB but I shouldn't have worried. Communication was great. I had some questions about the home, got rub and local area and I always got a speedy response. The hot tub was a major plus. Really enhanced our stay and it was a huge hit. The weather certainly helped and there was everything we needed in the home if not more! I would potentially return here again. Thank you!

We had the most wonderful stay at Ty Haf - the best airbnb we've ever stayed at! Joy and Richard were so welcoming and helpful, from the welcome pack with local beer and homemade bread to the local recommendations, our stay was made so special. They were also great at setting the accomodation up for our young children with a stair gate and children's crockery - made everything so much easier for our first trip away as a family. The location is wonderful, and the local walks and pub is great. We really hope to come back again!

Amazing! Caroline was extremely helpful prior to our arrival with lots of key information and helpful local tips. The accommodation was spotless! Beautifully present and very comfortable for our family of 5. The pictures do not do justice to for the size of the downstairs space. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and great to have two separate bathrooms and showers. The countryside surroundings were stunning and very relaxing spending evenings in the hot tub after long walks. We visited some great pubs and restaurants in the local area. The loveliest few days, Kelly’s farm definitely meets the tagline ‘a little piece of paradise’. Kelly quickly made sure we had everything we needed and had an easygoing, friendly atmosphere to the farm. The hot tub was a real treat, and being able to interact with the animals and enjoy the play equipment made the stay perfect for our 2 year old! We would recommend

Coxwood farm was excellent for our family group of 6 adults and 3 children. The property was clean and well presented. The only thing I would say to be mindful of when booking with little babies is that the floorboards are very loud upstairs. There’s nothing the owners can do about that obviously but it just applied to us as we had two very little babies (9 week old and 4 month old) that are of course sensitive to sound. However it’s an ideal place lots of gorgeous places nearby to visit and very responsive hosts. Big bonus for older kids was the okay barn and facilities there. We stayed for new year but I think this place would be fabulous year round particularly in the summer. We would definitely stay again.
