Le logement proposé par Gino est très bien ! Fiesole est une charmante petite ville et les accès à Florence se font très bien. Ils nous ont donné toutes les infos nécessaires pour y accéder facilement. Ils sont réactifs, et il est très facile de communiquer avec eux. Le logement est parfait, très propre. J'ai eu de nombreuses expériences avec Airbnb et je dois dire que c'est la première que j'ai un si bon accueil. Un grand merci à Gino et Antonello !

We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Wir würden direkt mit einem kleinen Geschenkkörbchen empfangen. Es war sauber, gab alles was beschrieben war und noch mehr (Spielmöglichkeiten für meinen Sohn) alles zum Wäache waschen, etc. Wir waren an verschiedenen Zielen wie Florenz, Pisa, etc. und das Ferienhaus war ein guter Ausgangspunkt! :) Bei Fragen oder generell haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Das Haus empfehle ich von ganzem Herzen und würde auch nochmal zum Urlaub hin fahren :))

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de notre séjour en Toscane, et c’est en grande partie grâce à Guido. Dès notre arrivée, il a fait preuve d’une bienveillance rare face aux imprévus que nous avons rencontrés. N’ayant pas reçu notre bagage en soute, il a spontanément acheté un câble de téléphone pour nous dépanner, et des produits de première nécessité étaient déjà à disposition dans le logement. Il nous a également accompagnés dans les échanges avec le transporteur, ce qui a grandement facilité les démarches malgré la barrière de la langue. La maison, paisible et pleine de charme, a été un véritable refuge pour nous. Elle restera à jamais associée à ce voyage marquant, comme le symbole d’une continuité précieuse dans notre histoire. A great place to get away from it all. Remote location with a couple neighbours and a fantastic view of the community below. Old and quaint, beautifully restored- a blend of rustic and modern. Fantastic kitchen and dining room to host a cooking class- the highlight of our stay! The host was fantastic at supporting us through our stay- booking activities and especially when we had a few hiccups. Great space inside and out for larger group. While a short 30 minute train ride from Florence be sure to check the train schedule as it can be limiting.

We werden zeer hartelijk verwelkomd door Franscesca met een lekker hapje en een drankje. In het huisje vonden we alles wat we nodig hadden. Het is heerlijk rustig gelegen, wat wil zeggen dat je de kronkelende weggetjes van de Toscaanse heuvels erbij horen. Wij huurden één dagje Vespa’s in Castellina in Chianti, bezochten Firenze met de trein en gingen ook paardrijden (Crazy Horse Ranch). Natuurlijk genoten we ook van een bezoek aan de wijn- en omijfgaard Il Colle. We rijden dus met extra lekkers naar huis! 🍷🫒

The house was amazing, perfect fit for our group of 10 people. The main house as well as the additional apartment were very clean, well equipped with everything you need and the highlight was the pool and jacuzzi. Great place to calm down and have private space with some friends or a big family. The check-in was easy and the lady was very friendly, had some suggestions for our stay and is professional. The property was clean, cute tuscany decorations of the rooms and all in all it felt like home.

Stunning location in rural Tuscany. Amazing views and lovely property with private Sauna & wood fired hot tub. Host was always very helpful and responsive & gave good loca recommendations.

Um lugar maravilhoso, uma verdadeira experiência toscana. A Laura é uma anfitriã impecável, muito gentil e simpática. Eu e meu grupo vivemos momentos muito felizes nessa casa. Recomendo demais!

Beautiful house with stunning views of Tuscany! Daily cleaning and bathroom products of excellent quality, made us feel at a hotel. Andriana and Ana were perfect! It was a pleasure to meet them every morning. They maintained the house super clean and helped with everyting we needed, always with a smile on their faces. The house is fully equipped with high quality appliances, including a wine cellar and a buit-in coffee maker. Also, the outdoor grill is top brand. Highlights: - Espectacular views - The property is very isolated but at the same time very close to the city of Panzano - Pressurized water in the showers, what is really hard to find in Italy - The SPA (heated internal pool) is great! Even in the autumn/winter you can enjoy a relaxing time and the children loved it. Highly recommend this property, hope to come back soon!

Béatrice est une excellente hote! Elle nous a très bien accueilli et a fait le tour de la maison avec nous. Elle nous a également donné plusieurs recommandations de choses à faire dans les alentours, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La maison était impeccable et l’aménagement extérieur est époustouflant. Le levé du soleil le matin était incroyable si vous avez la chance de le voir. La maison est un peu loin des grandes villes donc je recommande une auto pour faciliter vos déplacements.

Loved Francesco’s place. Beautiful inside and incredible views outside. He is obviously very artistic - there are lots of creative touches in his home, and it is really nicely decorated . He is very responsive, very helpful and offered perfect recommendations and is very friendly. Really wish we could’ve stayed longer. Very happy with our choice in staying here!

We had the most wonderful stay. Great property and in a great location with easy access to the centre of Florence. It was spacious and quiet and all was very efficient. Our host, Luana was absolutely fantastic and was so responsive, helpful and friendly - organising a special Chef cooked dinner at the property for our group as well as going above and beyond taking us shopping to get essential food. Simply fantastic and we are so grateful! We would recommend this property and would stay again. Thank you!
