Tutto è andato benissimo. Posto veramente fantastico, ottima vista panoramica, vicinissimo a molte location e città come Volterra e San Gimignano. Alessio che ci attendeva all’arrivo è stato veramente gentile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli che hanno migliorato la qualità della nostra vacanza.

If you are looking for authenric Tuscany experience this is it from the beautiful villa and the view to furnitue and other little details. It is secluded, paeceful and ful of character. You will love your stay here and Cesare is a great host.

We spent two weeks at Livio's villa. It is a beautiful place, very well taken care of, nicely furnished, comfortable and with all the useful amenities for a family stay. Very clean, comfortable beds, in a quiet park, surrounded by large trees which provided a nice shade in the hot summer days. There is no AC, but we did not feel it was necessary, even with 35 degrees outside. Th walls are thick and keep a nice coolness. It is very conveniently situated, 25 km from Florence, little distance to most interesting places in Chianti region. We traveled a lot, every day and managed to visit most of the region within day trips. There is a supermarket 8 km away and a local store (fresh bread, good salami and other necessary items for breakfast and quick meals) within walking distance. Very nice restaurants in the area, reachble by car. As a plus, a beautiful sunset view from the terrace of the park. In few words, it was perfect for our family with two children. Alaso, Livio was very helpful

Paolo was amazing! He was so helpful and responsive. The villa was even more impressive in person. Highly recommend staying here! Beautiful city. Do an olive oil tour / tasting if you can. Enjoy a sunset under the Tuscan sun!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Barbara was gracious and great to work with. The house was charming and just as great as it looks on the listing. The property and grounds are amazing. The town nearby was fun to visit with everything you need and lots to see. You are also in easy driving range of the other main Tuscany towns. I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough. We were a group of 7 friends and everyone was so delighted with Alberto’s place. The outdoor terrace is so wonderful. We went swimming in the pool. We cooked wonderful meals the kitchen was the best ever in a rental. So many pots and serving platters. There were linens for the table and beautiful candelabras and the grand table in the dining room was so beautiful. We are grateful we could stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! Tommaso is a fantastic host – very welcoming, helpful, and attentive. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and was always available for anything we needed. The villa itself is stunning and perfectly located for exploring the Tuscany region. Highly recommended!

The Villa was a perfect 10. We were there for 6 weeks. We communicated with Alessandro before we arrived. He answered our many questions quickly. When we arrived at the villa, his brother, Enrico, was in charge of the villa. He met every one of our needs immediately! If we needed clean towels, a lighter for the grill, TV instructions (We always need them when we are in another country.), and many other little things, he would take care of our needs. A third brother, Marco, has a 9 passenger van. We hired him for 3 of the 6 weeks to take us all over Tuscany. Family and friends came at different times, and Marco was amazing. He was always on time and took us anywhere we wanted to go. The villa is very large so even with 8 people visiting, we weren’t in each other’s way. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dining room was large and beautiful! The pool was just what we needed after a hot day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this villa ! It was our home away from home!

Wish we could live here! Everything was absolutely beautiful and Guili was the perfect hostess. She met us upon checkin and explained everything about her gorgeous home and where everything was. She even had homemade macaroons and wine for us as it was our anniversary and she made reservations at a delicious restaurant as well. Guiliana was so friendly and responsive, and the place was decorated so beautifully and the view was amazing. It really was a perfect place to stay while exploring the Tuscan countryside. We absolutely would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Olga's villa was the perfect get away for my family. She was incredibly helpful and responsive with such great recommendations! we went to a few of the places she had recommended and they did not disappoint. we also became good friends with her sister's dog Thor who was an absolute sweet heart and great addition to our trip. would most definitely return dueinf warmer weather to use the pool!

Our stay near Impruneta was nothing short of magical. We were four adults and two teenagers, and the house was perfect for all of us — beautifully decorated, full of character, and surrounded by incredible landscaping. Natural light poured into every room, creating a warm, peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was ideal for exploring Tuscany. We took an easy day trip into Florence and ventured through the surrounding countryside, always happy to return to the tranquility of the house. There’s a calm and quiet here that’s hard to put into words. You can feel the care and intention in every corner of the home. It’s more than just a place to stay — it’s a reflection of the host’s grace and warmth, and we left feeling deeply refreshed and grateful.

Nous avons très bien été reçu par Elisabetta et sa sœur. La maison est très agréable et le jardin arboré protège de la chaleur. Très belle piscine. La région du Chianti est superbe et la situation de la maison est idéale pour la sillonner. A proximité, le village de Panzano, bien que petit, offre toutes les commodités. un magnifique séjour. הגענו לבית טוסקני מקסים שצופה על נוף מהמם ביופיו. הבית מרוהט בצורה ביתית וחמימה והמטבח מאובזר היטב ויכולנו לבשל לעצמנו ארוחות נהדרות בוילה. החדרים מרווחים ויש מקום לנוע ולאחסן דברים בנוחות הסביבה יפה ובהמלצתם של מארחינו הגענו ליקב נהדר שבו התארחנו לסיור וטעימות. היינו 7 מבוגרים והייתה לנו נוחות ופרטיות. הייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת, ממליצים בחום!

The property are spectacular, with all the amenities, Anna is an excellent host, courteous, friendly and willing to help, we loved the property and enjoyed our stay very much. It is a place we recommend 100% and if we return to Italy we would love to stay there again. It's close to Florence and other cities in Tuscany. There are supermarkets 3 minutes from the property, as well as restaurants and everything you need for a wonderful stay.

This house fully lives up to the photos and it is an amazing place with a wonderful pool in a perfect location not too far from Florence. We stayed with 6 people and enjoyed every bit of it. We felt very welcome and everything went very smooth our whole stay! Would love to go back :)

Das Haus von Paolo ist sehr süß geschnitten und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt und eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht. Paolo hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet und wir hatten ansonsten unsere Ruhe und Privatsphäre obwohl weit zusammen auf dem wunderschönen Gelände wohnten. We had a wonderful week at Sergio's family's villa. Massimo met us with Sergio on our arrival and showed us around the villa. The villa is located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside about 3 miles (10 minutes drive) from Montevarchi which has a great selection of supermarkets including a huge Coop with the best cheese counter we have ever seen. Sergio's family gave us a great number of recommendations from restaurants to local sights etc. One restaurant we particularly liked was Le Mura del Cassero in Montevarchi. We had a couple of trips, one to Siena by car and another to Florence by train. Both very accessible. The pool at the villa is wonderful (Massimo checked it every morning before we even surfaced) and Sergio and Massimo were the kindest hosts. They gave us a huge fruit bowl, prosecco, beers, pastries, home produced olive oil and their own delicious wine...truly lovely generous people. We would definitely recommend this villa to others!

Fantastic accommodation with lovely views of the countryside. Especially loved the fire place and large spacious kitchen. Charley and Ann were very gracious hosts and I would have no problem recommending this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit Tuscany. The accommodation was within 30 mins of most tourist towns and trains which made it excellent for day trips.

Our family of 5 spent 8 nights at Tiziana’s traditional Tuscan villa. The house was a fantastic base from which to explore the Chianti region and Siena. It has an incredibly well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and gorgeous surrounds. Our children enjoyed the pool, despite it being too cold for adults, and we enjoyed picking quinces and figs from the garden. Tiziana was an incredibly responsive host, flexible with check- in, and gave us excellent local recommendations. We very much appreciated the fruit and wine on arrival, and had a great conversation with Melisa, Tiziana’s representative from the neighbouring villlage of Tavernelle, who helped with checking in and out. All in all, a restful and restorative stay - thank you very much to Tiziana for hosting us.
