Had an amazing stay at this airbnb! Extremely comfortable for 6 people and looks even better than the pictures. We loved having a pool table and plenty of kayaks for everyone. Lisa is an awesome host and went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect, including restaurant recommendations, a welcoming check in and out and was very communicative throughout the process. P.s.: Don’t skip the Piri Piri restaurant! They have delicious food.

Great customer service and very friendly staff We stayed on the Manatee boat and it was very clean with some minor issues the staff would be happy to attend to if I asked them. We just didn’t use the tv much, but it wouldn’t turn off so we just placed it on soft music and used it for a sleep aid 🤷🏻‍♀️🥰 Mike, the guy there recommended we stay in the Grey Lady next time but this was a great experience for us.

We stayed at this wonderful houseboat as we began our trip to the Florida Keys and it was perfect! We saw manatees, enjoyed dinner at the outdoor bar with locals, and had a beautiful view of the sunset. Great location with a wonderful host!

While the place isn't fancy, it is an actual houseboat after all, it was awesome. Comfortable bed but views to die for and you are literally having you morning coffee, watching the sunrise and are literally 1 foot from the water. The river is a very active one...we saw manatee, gators, gar and hundred of mullet jumping out of the water. the best was the shrimp boats at dusk...you really have to experience this place. and ps. walking distance to downtown Apalachicola is a real bonus

We totally enjoyed our 12 night stay on the "Why Knot" houseboat. Michael met us when we arrived, showed us around and pointed out anything that needed special instructions. The boat was very clean, had brand new carpet, and had everything we needed. The town of Sanford is very walkable. We enjoyed the community theater, the winery and local restaurants.

We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Lauren was very responsive and helpful when there were some problems with the internet provider. But the best part of the stay was time spent on the deck over the river. Very beautiful and peaceful! Even at night, the view of the distant city lights reflected in the water was gorgeous!

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our relaxing stay on the houseboat. We opted to get groceries and just stay put during our stay and it was exactly what we hoped for. The houseboat was comfortable and clean. Sergey was so friendly, responsive and incredibly hard working. Probably the best host we’ve ever had. Check in and check out were seamless and communication and information was great. We had paddle boarded the mangrove trails and it was a great way to see them up close and have some adventure. Watching the sun rise and set over the water was perfection. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the place. Cell service was great so I could hotspot and work still. We truly didn’t want to leave.

Brilliant place - never stayed anywhere like it before. Quirky and an amazing location. Was so nice to come back and chill on the top deck at night. Johnny was great and even helped out when I needed a package delivered before I arrived. Would highly recommend !

This was truly one of the most unforgettable stays we’ve ever had. The houseboat is stunning, beautifully secluded, and came fully equipped with everything we could have asked for — including kayaks, boogie boards, beach chairs, and even a grill for easy dinners. Within minutes of arriving, we spotted sea otters, and over the course of our stay, we also saw dolphins and had a manatee swim right up to my wife and kids while they were kayaking. It felt like something out of a dream. The location is perfect — just across the street from a beautiful beach where we spent hours in the water and got to watch breathtaking sunrises. Then, in the evenings, we’d relax on the back deck and watch the sunset. Natalie, the host, was absolutely amazing — incredibly thoughtful and responsive, even bringing over a Bluetooth speaker to make our stay even better. Absolutely wonderful stay! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent on the "Comfortably Numb". She's an older gal, bit still has a lot of life left in her. 'She' stole our hearts the minute we walked through her door! And HUGE kudos to our host, Kelly. She was the best - very warm and welcoming! Her response time was top notch, especially when you consider how crazy busy she stays. But, she was always available if we had any questions, and shared some great recommendations with us for places to check out in the area during our stay. Thank you Kelly for everything and please never lose that positive energy that you possess. Hopefully, we will have the opportunity to return to the yacht again in the not-so-distant future. Until then, we will cherish the memories made aboard the "Comfortably Numb", always and forever!

This was our second stay on the prom queen and we will be back again soon. The marina is the perfect location to access all that downtown Sanford has to offer and the hosts are very responsive and a pleasure to interact with. The houseboat is spacious and well appointed with a huge top deck to take in all the views in comfort. We had a great time!

Séjour chez Jacqui à la hauteur de nos attentes avec une surprise des plus apréciable d'une famille de dauphins qui a accompagnée nos apéros le soir et nos petits déjeuners tôt le matin. Le logement est fidèle à l'annonce et entièrement équipé, il ne manque rien, tout est très bien pensé pour notre confort. Nous avons dormi au calme et le restaurant le plus proche était l'endroit idéal pour notre dernier diner. En espérant y retourner un jour , je le recommande vivement !

This was such a unique experience and definitely worth the stay if you are ok off-the-grid nature of it. The most challenging thing for me was planning for food since there's no way to heat up food, but you can get creative and bring cold dishes. On that same note the generator would need to be on to keep the refrigerator running so that can be seen as a downside because I personally shut everything off and just let the ocean breeze circulate and the sounds of the waves put me to sleep. It was absolutely wonderful. and waking up to the sunrise on the water was priceless. Highly recommend the stay for those who want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life and get away. Just keep in mind the limitations and set your expectations accordingly and I dont think you will regret. Also Tony providing the water taxi to and from is such a nice benefit so shoutout to him for that.

We stayed a week-it was perfect! This is truly a one of a kind vacation experience and we will absolutely be back. The hosts were very easy to work with and helpful and attentive while we were there. There are some rustic aspects of the experience but those are well defined ahead of time and even after 6 nights we would have gladly stayed longer if they could have accommodated us.

Our stay in Jupiter was great. Location on the water gave us opportunity to fish off the rental and soak up some sun. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants and close to the beach/inlet. Our fishing charter even picked us up at the houseboat. Overall, we had a great experience.

Taking the included motorized dinghy back and forth to the houseboat was a lot of fun. It made it feel like you were leaving the world behind. Pennekamp reef was a short drive away and lot's of nice restaurants in the area. At night there we dolphins swimming around and the water was clean and clear. There was a great breeze and no need to turn on the air conditioner. We slept in the cool spring breeze and had a great time. The host is friendly, accommodating and communicative. Thank you Kelly, we will definitely be back!

Since I was a child I’ve wanted to see the inside of a real houseboat and this was the perfect opportunity. I booked for my family to stay here a few days before our cruise began and it definitely added to the wonderment of the vacation. Taylor even had a couple paddle boards brought to us. It may be a slightly older houseboat but I loved the charm of it. It’s really really fun. My family is still talking about “the boat before the cruise”, and I know they’ll remember it long after.

I came to visit the Keys with my sister for my 27th birthday. It will be an experience that I will never forget! Not only was Mr. Robert very kind and welcoming, everyone that we met through throughout the Keys were extremely kind and welcoming. The houseboat was out of this world and super cool to be on. If you’re looking to be somewhere more secluded and quiet, this is definitely the spot for you. It is very safe. Mr. Robert can also bring you back from the boat on land so you can tour around in the Keys where there are restaurants, bars, entertainment, and more. Since you will be stuck on the boat I would recommend going to the store and getting a couple amenities you would need like some food, snacks, and drinks. There is a cooler you can store your goods in. Mr. Robert, of course, provides toilet paper, towel, towels, and soap. There is also a grill on the boat! Paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkeling gear are provided on the boat. Can’t wait to come back!

Great hosts. The place was clean and spacious! It was the perfect size. It felt like a little hotel room on the water. It was so nice to sit on the top deck and look at the stars. The bed was big and clean! Kitchen had everything you need. Loved the location, felt safe and private.
