This was the perfect place for an adult weekend away in Miami prior to our week long cruise. The location was amazing, being on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable and we had no complaints at all while we were there! The cute coffee shop in the lobby was definitely a win, they were fast, friendly, and the coffee was amazing!

Adorable and charming place. Very comfortable. Had the best sleep of my life! Perfect spot to stay in New Smyrna.

The condo was as listed. Clean and fully equipped. Host was very responsive. There was no ice or ice trays upon arrival and they delivered both within an hour. The kitchen had all the basics which was really nice - salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, etc. Amenitites (pool, gym) are really nice. I would absolutely stay here again. We were given 2 fobs for 4 people - more fobs would be nice to have.

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

Looked just like the photos. The attention to detail was superb — everything I thought I needed, I would open a cabinet and it would be there. Carlos and team were really responsive and helpful with check in and check out. The living room and sofa were very comfortable. Kitchen stocked with everything you could imagine. Even the selection of books were great (some on my reading list). The beds were very comfortable as well. It felt like melting on a cloud after long days at Disney. We roped dropped every morning during our stay and it took us about 20 minutes to get to the parks. My only regret is not staying longer to enjoy the space. We were at the parks most of the days we stayed. We did visit the pool and gym. Gym was small but had everything you might need to get a workout in. It was right next door to the apartment. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool. I did swing past and it looked a little busy. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and relaxing.

This condo was great to stay at for a weekend trip - super short walk to Bayfront Park and plenty of restaurants/bars. Check-in was easy with the lockbox and the host was quick to respond to any of our chats. The rooftop pool is huge and easy access with the fob and the condo had comfy beds. Would definitely stay again!

Sylvain is a great host, responds very quickly, and takes care of your needs. The room is kind of small for my liking, but the area is central and perfect! Thank you Sylvain!

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía con la familia y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso a todo. Está cerca de los parques de Disney y cerca de toda clase de tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes. Gary es muy diligente, ofrece instrucciones claras y estuvo pendiente a que no tuviéramos problemas a la llegada.

We had a wonderful time here for our birthdays. Listening to the ocean was so relaxing. The condo was clean and spacious and being right on the beach was so convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place. Booked based on the pictures of all windows open (no side blinds covering any of the view) and the "Friends" leather recliners facing the view. Exactly as pictured. Much bigger than the pictures show. Would def stay here again. Streamlined with everything you need in bathrooms and kitchen and nothing you don't need so the closets, cabinets, etc. have TONS of storage for your items if needed.

Great location near the beach. The apartment had everything we needed, and the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Friendly host — would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

The pool and the deck outside was a hit... we loved all the supplies we had..

This is our second stay with Fabrice and Pastell! They are great hosts—friendly, responsive, and welcoming—and the apartment and location are excellent. We love hanging by the pool and it’s an easy walk to Wilton Drive’s restaurants, shops, and fun. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back!
