great place to stay super walkable to old town which offers a lot to do also very close to the pools which is a bonus, communicative and responsive. clean and organized

This was a cute little place in a gated complex. It was well decorated to feel like a Key West getaway and a great place for sibs get-together. We liked the quiet, but be aware you will need to drive to get to Key West.

We had a perfect vacation! We can’t wait to book again! Everything was just as described and the location was perfect for us!

When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised with how cute the place was. Even cuter than the pictures. We immediately put our stuff inside and went straight to the pool. We were able to get frozen drinks at the tiki bar and the kids had a blast playing in the pool, splash pad and rec room. They even got to do karaoke! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal and some cleaning supplies were provided. Vivian had extra items available to us, including pool towels, toys, and even swim diapers. This place is great for families. We had a great time and we would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was a gated community so we felt very safe. We enjoyed walking around the resort in the evening looking at Christmas lights 🎄. The private pool was wonderful. We were there the end of December so we paid the extra fee to have it heated. It was so worth it! The house was clean and free of clutter. It had all the dishes and pots/pans we needed as we enjoy cooking. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked perfectly for our family. The house was close to the Disney parks, grocery stores and restaurants. My son used the gym at the resort. We also enjoyed the resort pool and hot tub. It was a quiet and peaceful location. We highly recommend the home and would stay again.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Vijai was friendly, responsive and helpful in providing us with information leading up to our stay. The place was just as described and perfect location to walk to the beach! The place was clean, spacious, and perfect for our spring break trip! I would highly recommend booking with Vijai!

The house was comfortable for a large group. it was well equipped with beach chairs and towels plus all of the necessary soaps and kitchen supplies.

We had a mini family reunion of just my kids and the grandkids. It provided great location to stores, restaurants and mall. It was also close to my other kids homes

We spend a wonderful week at Laura's listing. The apartment was modern, clean, quiet and well furnished with all the necessaries. Laura was incredibly helpful and fast to respond with any questions we had before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment for a beach holiday in sunny Florida!

Had a wonderful stay at Ibrahim's place. It was close to most, if not all, of what Tampa has to offer. We were able to walk to Armature works which was about 0.5 miles away. It was a great walk. The home itself is clean and spacious. Check in was easy. The backyard is beautiful. There are also board games and sports which we utilized. Thanks Ibrahim and team.

The townhouse was as advertised and a very good deal at the price. It was a short walk to the beach and felt safe. We would gladly stay there again if given the chance.

Brian was very responsive when i had to message him. This place was perfect for my girlfriend and I on our first getaway. Super quite, so close to the water, and close to everything. Super clean and full of amenities. Willie and his wife live upstairs and they co host. Easily the nicest two people we had ever met in our lives. They were friendly and made us feel like we were welcome!!! Great trip. Would gladly stay everytime we head back to JAX, which will be very soon.

Fantastic property in such a great location if you have a family or even if you are by yourself you are literally 30 seconds walk from the Emerald Coast and a five minute drive to lots of bars and restaurants.

This place is amazing! It has everything you need and it’s very clean and very organized. . It was perfect for us and for what we had to do. We only stayed for one night but we look forward to stay there again. Julio is an amazing host!
