Davide et Grozendra ont été des hôtes parfaits , la vue sur mer est magique et au cœur d’Ortigia, accès par la place du Duomo, grande cour arborée et accès sécurisé, le calme absolu dans l’appartement, et tout à proximité .

Lovely home - clean, beautiful, and in a great location. Francesco & Marilena were also excellent hosts - very flexible, friendly, and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Vittoria's apartment in Ortigia was well located to all major sites in Ortigia in comfortable walking distance. There is plenty of room in the 3 level apartment with nice beds and comfortable furniture. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies although we did not cook in the apartment. Vittoria was proactive in correspondence and was quick to answer any questions. We were met upon arrival and shown a nearby covered and attended parking garage that cost 15 euros/day. Apartment was explained to us upon arrival and there were recommendations for local restaurants, several of which we used and were happy with. The apartment is new with up to date appliances including a washer and drying rack. There is a rooftop terrace which we saw on our first day but were unable to use due to rain - in nice weather this looked like a great spot to relax with views over the town. We would highly recommend Vittoria's apartment for anyone looking to explore Ortigia.

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern (9 u 10) über Silvester 24/25 für 1 Woche dort. Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen in der Altstadt von Ortigia, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Silvia ist eine sehr angenehme Gastgeberin, die stets sehr hilfsbereit ist und auch gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Mietwagen etc. gibt. Wir haben uns insgesamt super wohl gefühlt und werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die sehr spärlich eingerichtete Küche, die nur über ein sehr kleines Kochfeld verfügt. Eine Spülmaschine ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Für reine Selbstversorger daher nicht optimal geeignet. Dieser Punkt ist aber wegen der tollen Lage der Wohnung, der super Gastgeberin und der geschmackvollen Einrichtung der Wohnung und insbesondere wegen der herausragenden Auswahl der Restaurants in Ortigia eher zu vernachlässigen. We had a great stay. Mariangela was welcoming, kind, and always helpful, responding quickly to any questions. Traveling with a child can be tricky, but she provided a potty, bathtub, cot, and high chair, which made things much easier. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Mariangela greeted us when we arrived, making us feel at home, and we got to say goodbye in person. Self-check-in/check-out is also an option. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a full kitchen (oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, spacious fridge) + a washer/dryer. Located on one of Ortigia’s greenest and charming streets, it’s a cozy and peaceful spot with a small yard. The streets of Ortigia can be lively, so light sleepers may want earplugs. Full blinds and AC/heating in each room add comfort. The sea, market, cafés, and bars are within walking distance. Overall, a great experience. Mariangela is a fantastic host, and we’d happily stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Imperia’s BNB and her associate was excellent at communicating with us and was there to receive us upon arrival. The location in the heart of Ortigia is perfect - walkable to everything yet quiet and very private. We parked at Parcheggio Talete and it was a quick and easy walk to the BNB. Imperia will make you feel right at home! The bed is super comfy, the washing machine so handy after trekking around all day and a fully stocked kitchen so thoughtful. Thank you so much Imperia!

Daniele is super friendly and calm, always replied quickly and gave a lot of nice little tips via chat each morning. He even surprised us with a bowl of homemade olives :) The room with the balcony towards the ocean is amazing! It's a little bit makeshift, but very cozy, clean and with many cute details. The balcony itself had the greatest views I've every experienced! Overall a perfect stay! I would've given 6/5 if possible.
