We had a lovely girls weekend in New Albany. Ronnie’s place was the perfect home base for grabbing coffee, browsing boutiques, walking to ice cream and surrounded by great places to eat. But because we wanted a restful weekend, we spend a lot of time in the unit itself and it was delightful. Clean, comfortable and lovely. Additionally, the bed was great. Would absolutely stay again. We had a very pleasant stay. The city is very convenient for pedestrians, and the Saturday farmers market was outstanding. There was ample parking; even though we visited during a music festival, there was still plenty of parking available. The apartment was very clean, with good Wi-Fi, and there were nice restaurants nearby.

Much bigger than expected. Really enjoyed our stay in Louisville. Enjoyed the recommendations esp. walking the pedestrian bridge, eating, then walking back with the bridge all lit up with changing colors. Was walking distance to a local Catholic Church which was unexpected and beautiful!

Absolutely loved the stay here! It was just like the description and the photos. We stayed for a weekend as a business trip and couldn’t have been happier with the stay! Clean, walking distance to many restaurants, and wonderful location. We will definitely stay here again should we be back in town!

What a cool place to stay for our first time to Louisville! We loved the proximity of the unit to Whiskey Row and the amazing views. Great restaurants, nice distilleries, and coffee shops nearby made this a great choice. Thanks to Michael for being so pleasant and responsive. We look forward to our next visit!

As a family, we have stayed at a lot of airbnb's and this one in the outskirts of Louisville, KY is one of my favorites. There are three sections to the AirBNB, the living space with a queen bed, a comfortable futon bed/couch, and a Roku TV for logging in to any of your streaming services. In the back is a small room with books, games, and a phonograph with a selection of vinyl, but that also allows you to connect via blue tooth and use it as an external speaker. Off that room is the bathroom with a walk-in shower. All of that would have been fine and deserving of a good review. However, two things make this place stand-out. 1) the plants that add a lot of lively, green character to the place and 2) the kitchen area with multiple coffee-brewing products and directions included. Although it is not a full kitchen, it has everything you need, including a "one-burner" induction cooktop, which worked great and a stand-alone ice maker. It's a wonderful bargain. Highly recommend!

Really liked this space! Super cool atmosphere and vibe. The windows were so pretty to have during the storms which actually made the rainy weather enjoyable. The couch was so comfortable and to die for! It was great for a girls weekend late night watching movies. The bed was comfortable and didn't feel cheap at all. There was plenty of towels and good shampoo in the bathroom. It was nice to have parking and close to places whether driving or Uber. We had a mistake on our part getting in but she was super responsive even at 10:30pm which was comforting. Very pleased!

Sia's apartment was the perfect, quiet location for the event we were attending at the EXPO Center. The apartment included everything we needed for our stay, and I appreciated extra things like the Brita pitcher in the fridge :) Sia is extremely quick to respond to messages. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed at Nikki’s while we attended a music festival. Ride shares were very responsive. Nikki was great and on top of everything. The house is directly across from Churchill Downs. There are two convenience stores nearby. Definitely recommend for a small family or group of friends.

A very quiet, pleasant place. The location of the place was very good.

Our place was exactly as described. Our host was very responsive, gave us very clear instructions on how to enter and exit the bldg, and great recommendations on delicious places to eat close by. During checkout, We forgot something and the host contacted us immediately to let us know. I would stay here again and I also highly recommend it.

5 stars isn’t enough! Staying here was an absolute dream! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how clean, stylish, and well-stocked the apartment was. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay—and then some! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Louisville, with easy access to amazing restaurants, live music, and local attractions. But what really sets this place apart are the incredible amenities. The rooftop lounge with skyline views was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The fitness center was fully equipped, clean, and spacious—way better than your average hotel gym. And having secure parking made everything hassle-free. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming, luxury experience. Whether you’re in town for work, play, or a little of both, you won’t find a better place to stay. I’ll absolutely be booking here again next time I’m in Louisville!

Wow, this place is very unique! First of all, read the description carefully, because it is very truthful and accurate. Second, the gated parking is very nice. The layout is a little separated but works for groups. The hot tub is great!

We stayed here for our family’s spring break trip! It was awesome! We loved the amenities of the building and everything was super clean. We loved being able to walk to so many places! We will absolutely be back!

Tyler was a gracious host. He was very responsive and flexible. the apartment was adorable! we loved the furnishings and the beds were super comfortable. everything was clean and we loved that there was popcorn and hot chocolate available for us.

We had a great stay at Devin’s place. His instructions were detailed, and he and his team were very responsive throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed being able to relax in the hot tub for a bit between our morning activities and dinner. We would highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting downtown Kentucky, and we definitely plan to book with Devin again at this property the next time we are in Louisville!
