We had a wonderful stay at Alina's home. The area was peaceful and beautiful. The home was clean and contained all the amenities you would want or need. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and baking. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Ashton’s place was exactly as described. The home was very clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay and we really enjoyed the living space with its huge windows and large coffee table perfect for card games! The outside space was very private and quiet. We really enjoyed our time by the fire pit and in the hot tub. I wanted to note that the hot tub was incredibly clean and clear. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s where the hot tub was less than desirable but not this one. Every person in our party of 6 commented on the cleanliness of the hot tub. Also, Ashton was very responsive when we had an issue and exceeded our expectations in remedying the situation. This home was perfect for our annual girls getaway and we will certainly be back! Fantastic place to stay for a long girls' weekend! House is gorgeous and worth every penny!!! We were there in January, and it was still amazing. Can't imagine what it's like when it's warmer!

Perfect for what I needed this weekend. Everyone was nice and accommodating. Great suggestions for places to go & eat as well.

We had a great time! The place itself is lovely-- an octagonal house in the middle of the woods, with a stream down the hill. We cooked over the firepit and ate under the stars. We waded in the stream and harvested wild ramps to season our dinner. Kathryn was very responsive to messages and questions, though the guidebook she'd made for the house was very comprehensive. We would definitely stay here again!

Anahata was the perfect place for our family reunion! I hope to find another reason to have a gathering here. There are spectacular places to walk and explore out side. Inside and around the house on decks and porches are great gathering spots for small and large groups. Our family of 12 could all sleep comfortably with beautiful private accommodation. Our day visitors of 10 or so people enjoyed the beautiful house and grounds. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve experienced and I’ve been to a lot. The owners were great communicators and took care of everything!

I had the most wonderful stay at Bliss Cabin, to say the least. From the initial photos of the writing desk and yoga deck, to the curious graveled path winding around the property lined with life and decorative details, I was totally immersed in the love and care that was so palpably present! Kathryn & Luke were absolutely lovely, so helpful, and incredibly accommodating! My recommendations while on the property: build and tend to a fire. Journal at the writing desk while playing Miles Davis. Take an early cold plunge in the river, do a round of Wim Hof breathing, then run up to take a hot shower at their beautiful abode. Chat with Luke, have tea with Kathryn. Do yoga on the deck. Say hello to the frogs. Express your inner musician with their drums and sound bowls. Let your soul free here!

We had 6 adults and 2 children visiting the area for a family funeral in Patrick Springs, VA. Martinsville was nearest larger city but hotel rooms as pricey per night as this rental and we were all together and 15 minutes closer. Was the perfect 4 bed and 3 bath home for us to enjoy our time together and Bessie was awesome. Thank you!

We absolutely loved it, it’s beautiful, peaceful and serene. Exactly what my husband and I were looking for, we will definitely be back when we go to a VT game or just a quick visit.

I came to the Ramblin Wombat with my dog for some peace and relaxation. The cabin was exactly as described- peaceful, quiet, secluded, and dog friendly. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area
