better than we could have imagined! absolutely beautiful surroundings. The other cabins and main house are pretty close together physically but we never saw anyone-still felt private and the views/surroundings are so beautiful that you feel in your own world, an immersive place. We really liked the decor, much more soul than the average cabin you might find on airbnb, and clearly the hosts have an eye for art and history. There were two times we encountered dogs unexpectedly and without any owner in sight, but they were very friendly dogs and no trouble-just unexpected. This would be a fantastic intimate wedding location!! Had a wonderful time and will be returning in hotter months to use the absolutely beautiful pool area.. thanks for a lovely stay.

Great home for large groups and the setting is absolutely beautiful. Our group plans to return next year.

The cottage suited our needs for a one night stay. The host was responsive and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early which was appreciated. Quiet location with easy access to I64.

We spent the Christmas Holiday at Nathaniel's listing and it was wonderful. His dog friendly house was in a great location, and we had a personalized welcome note and wine! The house even had a Christmas tree and light decor. We enjoyed the fire pit, and left some fire starter wood for the nexts guests. WiFi was not spotty at all, and the yard was very well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home and its surroundings so peaceful and quiet. It’s located near to Charlottesville and convenient to local sites. Jeff is a great host. We were blown away by all of the food staples so readily shared - it truly made us feel welcome and at home. We will certainly be back. Thanks so much!
