Lovely little house in a great location. Would stay again.

This was a return visit to this lovely house. The house is bright, clean, well equipped, and not cluttered at all. The kitchen is bright and has everything you'd need. Old Town is a lovely area of Eastbourne. We are a family of four, the bedroom set up is perfect for us. There are nice playgrounds in Gildredge Park and the nearby recreation ground (i forget the name). Recommended :)

We had a Great stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tidy, as detailed and was in an ideal location. Liz & Andrew were great hosts, returned communications promptly and always very helpful. We will book this accommodation again on the next visit to Rye, if available. Highly recommended

La maison est grande (nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants), beaux espaces, cuisine fonctionnelle. très proche de la plage et du centre ville. Quartier calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

This is a nice little place within walking distance of sea front, restaurants, Co-op just round the corner, so very convenient. Parking space is a real bonus. We have a Renault Capture and that was no problem to park. A much larger car might not be so easy. We really liked how quiet it was at night. Netflix was another bonus. All in all happy :-)

Excellent séjour chez Christelle. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. L'emplacement est idéal, face à la mer et proche des commerces. Petit bémol concernant notre sejour : la maison étant grande, il faut un peu de temps pour la chauffer. Nous avons eu très froid la 1ere nuit mais le reste du séjour parfait. Je recommande ce logement !

Rye is a wonderful area and Steve’s house was perfectly located to be able to walk to local restaurants and coffee shops plus an easy drive to nearby attractions. Steve was helpful and responsive, the house was full of character and a great place to stay.

We travelled to London as a family of 9 as I was running the London Marathon. Moni was a real life saver as I had been scammed by an advertiser off booking com. She was so responsive, gave clear instructions, was flexible with check in and check out, really helpful and also kind knowing what hd happened to me. Moni’s property was clean and a real home from home. It met our needs of 5 adults and 4 children. There is free parking behind the property and a lovely garden space. I would recommend Moni’s property to families, couples and anyone who wants a friendly, kind host and a good location with direct links to London centre. Thank you Moni - you have been a star. C’est la deuxième fois que nous logions dans cette location, nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. Le logement est agréable à vivre, propre et très bien équipé. Les aménagements extérieurs sont également un plus lorsque la météo est belle.

très agréable séjour dans la jolie maison de Delphine et Nicolas qui sont des hôtes très réactifs. La maison est très bien rénovée. Seul bémol, la maison est sur 4 niveaux et la chambre des enfants est au 3eme étage et notre fille avec un soucis au genou n'a pas eu facile. Le parking est assez facile dans la rue ou les rues avoisinantes.

We dealt with Naomi rather than Jason - she was great and very attentive. The place was excellent and and as described, very clean. Would come again!

Roz was kind and helpful. She told us of events in the area and provided us with helpful information. The kitchen was stocked with treats and snacks on arrival. We had eight people stay and the house accommodated us all nicely.

A wonderful place to call home for a few days in a great location. The house was perfect for us having young children with a cot, high seat, toys and books made available there for us which made packing so much easier too. The house is in a quiet location off the main streets but also right in bustle of Old Town. The Gilly and Rachel were prompted with communication and very friendly too.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in Équihen-Plage sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, blitzsauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls toll: Der wunderschöne Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und angenehm ruhig, da der Ort touristisch nicht überlaufen ist. Besonders haben wir die täglichen frischen Pain au chocolat vom Bäcker nebenan geliebt – ein perfekter Start in den Tag! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die freundliche Vermieterin! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming property in Southend-on-Sea. The place was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a cute, welcoming vibe. It’s conveniently located close to local shops, cafes, and other amenities, which made everything super easy and enjoyable. The highlight, though, was the host—so friendly and accommodating! He came by a couple of times to make sure everything was okay. He greeted us warmly and gave us a great tour of the property, making us feel right at home from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone visiting the area!

This was my first time using Airbnb, and this stay has set a very high standard. I stayed with seven others, and each of us had an extremely comfortable experience. Taryn made everything easy by providing a detailed handbook about the house, the amenities, and the surrounding area, which answered all our questions and encouraged us to explore the beautiful nearby harbour. The house itself is gorgeous, beautifully decorated with abstract paintings and décor that made it feel homely. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. We loved the house and fab location. It ticked all the boxes for a perfect getaway break. Hope to return another time and stay for longer!

This was an excellent find and a wonderful place to stay. The house was clean, welcoming and comfortable, with everything we needed. Mel was a great host - responsible, friendly and accommodating. The house itself is just a 5 minute walk from the station and 10 minutes to Whitstable centre, and so you don’t need a car - but if you do there is off-street parking (and charging!). We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay in Karim‘s house. He was very helpful with any request that we had. Our stay was smooth and delightful and we enjoyed it very much. The house was big, in central Broadstairs and about 7 min from the beach as described on Airbnb. The only thing we found a little difficult was the explanation for Germans to start the heating but Karim helped immediately. For a house that size (it sleeps 10), we would have appreciated to have two or three sets of keys. Of course, there is the key holder but one just may forget to put the key in there…. However, we would come back anytime!

Wonderful place, full of character. Loved the fact we were on the seafront and we were incredibly lucky with the weather . Great places to eat nearby. Mary-Jo was very good in communicating and very kind in letting us stay on until the early afternoon as there was no one in directly following us which meant we had a very relaxing morning on the day we left. Great place for a few days break . Next time we’ll go by train as we walked everywhere. Highly recommended
