The studio at Karen's is a beautifully private space in a green and serene spot in the Kent countryside. The space has been put together with taste, care and wonderful attention to detail. We had a lovely, relaxing overnight stay, felt warmly welcomed and the breakfast (yes guys, this is an Airbnb in the truest sense of the phrase) was absolutely delicious. Don't hesitate!

Tara’s place is very cosy and it is in the perfect location in Whitstable for a family who wants a bit of comfort and peace from the buzz in the town’s high street. On top of this, Tara is a super friendly and responsive host. We travelled with a couple of kids and our pup and we felt right at home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Folkstone, and we absolutely loved it! The location is perfect—close to everything you need while still providing a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Ben and Tatjana were wonderful hosts—so helpful and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great recommendations for places to visit in the area. It was clear they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located spot to stay in Folkstone.

There is a gate to get on the property and we were unable to call Miranda when at the gate due to poor reception. I imagine this was because we are from the US and ATT is our carrier and I suppose England does not have a lot of ATT towers for cellular. We were unable to make phone contact at the gate and drove about 5 or so minutes into town to get good phone coverage and drove back. The house was clean and in a pleasant area. Miranda was most helpful.

Wonderful, large house which our family of six enjoyed immensely. Very clean throughout Many toys for the children both inside, and in the shed for use in the spacious garden. Large, well-equipped kitchen/diner. Plenty of comfortable seating in the front/sitting room. Beds very comfortable, good shower. Easy walk to the local nature reserve, pub which does Greek food, and buses to Rye. Hope to return one day.

The stay at Louisas house was very pleasant. Location was very good, just a 10 minute walk to the seaside, and supermarket and a nice Russian restaurant were just 2 minutes away. The rooms were nice and well equipped and the bathroom very spacious. Kitchen was equipped with the necessary breakfast items which was a nice gesture and TV having sky is an additive comfort. The stay was a bit pricy but was within a bank holiday

We wanted a VERY dog friendly place as we were attending a wedding and have 3 dogs who weren’t invited. Carolin and Lukes’s place was great. Our girls were welcomed with water waiting for them, treats and a bed. We could walk them on the lead on site and there are lovely dog friendly walks nearby such as Leysdown-on-Sea Nature Reserve and beach. Carolin contacted us to see what our preferences were for breakfast and even left 1/2 lovely freshly laid eggs. The caravan was spotless and comfortable. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Daniel's apartment was clean and comfortable, and well situated with great views. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at the View for the weekend to celebrate my partners birthday and as a first holiday with our 5 month old puppy, Peaches. We had a lovely time, the house and grounds were stunning and so peaceful. We went for beautiful walks and bike ride and will recommend to anyone

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

Delightful stay. The flat was a perfect size and the breakfast/welcome basket made it an even easier trip with breakfast and more taken care of. Immaculate and lovingly decorated. Stephen and Debbie were great, thoughtful hosts. Would recommend without hesitation.

Niki has made a wonderful restoration of the property making it both homely and interesting. Niki is delightful company making one feel well looked after from the first contact. I shall definitely return when in the area.

We had a great stay. Lovely place, both the space itself - very cosy and comfortable - and the garden and surrounding area: beautiful, green, and tranquil. Carol and Guy are great hosts, very kind and accomodating, and communicate well. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Delaford Stables was even better than expected! Secluded countryside that was very peaceful! Jonathan greeted us on arrival with a bottle of cold Prosecco and explained how everything worked. The stables were extremely clean, and we felt right at home. The coffee machine was a huge hit and we had everything we needed! TV had all up to date apps and the Alexa was a nice touch! The breakfast the next morning was delicious and Jonathan even catered to my allergies at short notice which I was extremely grateful for. An evening away from the hustle and bustle of every day life is something everyone needs and this is the perfect place to enjoy some relaxation and down time! I can’t fault anything and will definitely be visiting again!! Thank you Jonathan, Sue and Curtis!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicola’s place in Broadstairs to see in the new year. The town is lovely with a good and varied selection of pubs and restaurants pretty much all within 5 minutes walk. The beaches along the coast of this stretch of Kent are excellent. Along with bracing weather it cleared my new year cobwebs Nicola is a super host! Clearly takes pride in ensuring her place is comfortable and homely. The bed is very good. The shower is excellent. I quickly felt at home here. I would stay at Nicola’s place again

Vivian is friendly warm and kind, so helpful and considerate. She made me a packed lunch which kept me going all day on my road trip through France. I was up early and she didn’t mind. I needed to start my motor bike at 4am and she said it wouldn’t matter, just get on and do it. Lovely hostess. I felt completely welcome and at home.

Una accoglienza unica, mi sono sentita veramente bene accolta e la benvenuta. Gilly è stata gentilissima e mi sono sentita come a casa mia con tutte le comodità. Un vero piacere stare in una casa così accogliente dove sono stata sempre a mio agio. Ho dormito alla grande e la colazione era fantastica! Da Gilly a Dover tornerei molto volentieri senza cercare oltre, veramente una sistemazione accogliente e consigliatissima!

Exceptional hosts, wonderful, cozy, clean, and peaceful place, great countryside walks on your doorstep and restaurants and shops in walking distance. Accommodation was spacious and we had everything we could think of, even though the shower room is quite small, it serves its purpose well. Elaine couldn’t do more for us and we really enjoyed our stay with her and Teg. The breakfast really is out of this world and the attention to detail in everything Elaine does is something to be experienced. Hopefully will come back! Many thanks for everything Elaine and Teg.
