Great place close to restaurants, cafés, grocery store, stores, and public transportation. Place was exactly as described in listing. Perfect place to stay for my time in London would definitely stay again.

The apartment is sunny and spacious with a great view of the Thames. The garage was useful to securely keep our car and local transport links were good to use during our stay.

Es war wirklich super ! Viktor war immer erreichbar und super nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war top, sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und es war vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage der Wohnung war auch super, Gegenüber gleich due DLR-Station man ist super schnell mir S-Bahn und U-Bahn am gewünschten Ziel. Neben dem Hauseingang ist gleich ein Supermarkt der alles hat was man braucht. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und danken Viktor für den tollen Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!

A tastefully decorated and spacious apartment with great views of the city and even better transport links. Includes all you’ll need on a short or medium stay in London - with a well stocked kitchen, a modern toilet and a homely living room. Great for homebodies or if you’re attending a festival / event in London. The Victoria line is just a minute away and there are plenty of buses nearby. Tesco is just a few steps down the road and there is also a shopping mall 5 minutes away. The only downside would be no fan - which is not something negative about the place but more so climate change! Jan, the co-host, was lovely to meet and a great conversationalist. We had a perfect stay at Megan’s place. Nice drive through the area very picturesque and quiet which is what we was looking for. We arrived at the house spotlessly clean, Spacious with everything you could need! Amazing tv (we couldn’t actually believe the size of it!) the garden topped it off completely, a sun trap which we relaxed on the rattan sofa had a dip in the hot tub and chilled till the sun went down. Comfy cosy bed, good nights sleep to wake up with the birds chirping away and another dip in the hot tub before we left and as it being a Sunday Megan suggested we stay an hour later to have a little lay in, Megan is a great host, friendly and very accommodating. We will 100% be back xx

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

Abi’s place was exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home. The house was well stocked, spotlessly clean, homely and the perfect size for us. With free parking outside it was ideal for our work van. The neighbourhood was quiet, which helped get a good nights sleep each night. It’s a short walk to the local pub for dinner and drinks and has a convenience store on the corner for any essentials. Abi was a wonderful host, with clear instructions, making it easy for us to check in and out. We were made to feel very welcome and would recommend Abi and her home to anyone!

WOW! What a place, my girlfriend and I had an amazing stay at Sarah & Lewis’s home. Straight away we were greeted with a lovely welcome basket. The place was immaculate, clean and tidy, spacious but still cosy. The super king bed was so comfy and the bathroom was clean. We spent lots of time in the hot tub, it was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day and was tucked away so you had privacy. The comfy cinema room was great for unwinding. Lewis was responsive to all of our questions, gave great recommendations and had provided everything we could have needed! We will definitely be coming back!

The house was really lovely, plenty of space and felt very comfortable. Cindy is a great host who was so helpful with everything and made us feel right at home, would definitely recommend staying in this gorgeous house , it has everything you need and was immaculate. The welcome tray with complimentary tea, coffee, chocolate and water was so appreciated too. Thank you for everything, will be looking forward to out next visit.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at david’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. David was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I booked the place around 11pm and david was kind enough to oblige us. Overall, david’s place exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Andrew’s place is in a fantastic location, we loved exploring the Shoreditch area. We walked to London centre and the bus and tube is so close by and easy also. Great pubs and cafes nearby. Apt was clean and tidy with everything you need.

The photos don't do it justice - the flat is literally a few steps from the beach, with sea views from the bedroom (from the bed!) and living room. Very well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen. Nice clean stylish bathroom with shower and bath.

Lovely apartment, with great facilities and ideal location. Beach, high street and train station all within 5 mins walk. Karim was responsive and gave lots of local recommendations, which was much appreciated!

Karen was the perfect host with full details re the property sent in advance and a lovely welcoming present. The property is immaculate in all senses of the word with spacious clean rooms and a lovely balcony for those great sunsets. It is situated two minutes walk away from the beach and 20 from Birchington itself which is full of shops, bars and restaurants.
