You can spend all your time relaxing at the cabin however, you are only 10 minutes to Tsali or the Nantahala Outdoor Center and only 15 minutes to Bryson City.

Cozy vintage cabin on beautiful Lake Santeetlah. Enjoy the water views from the screened in porch, dip your feet in the clear lake on the private dock, or take a kayak out to explore the coastline. In cooler weather, snuggle up by the fire with a good book. Lake Santeetlah is nestled in the mountains of NC, and 80% of the coastline is national forest. Come relax in our slice of the woods. We call it Camp Olio, a log cabin with lots of charm. Located on a few acres of mostly wooded land, it has that mountain cabin feel, but in an incredibly convenient location. You're only 13 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains and close to the Foothills Pkwy, Townsend, Knoxville, Maryville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. It's a cozy spot with a patio dining area, hot tub, fire pits, porch swing, and hammocks.
