Trillium Cottage is situated on 2.5 heavily wooded acres overlooking the Snowbird Mountains and Lake Santeetlah. This very private two bedroom, one-story cottage sleeps 6 (two queen beds, one sleeper sofa) and has two full baths. The clean contemporary decor features artwork by regional artists and new comfortable furnishings. This is a place to relax, unwind, enjoy a good book, time on the lake, take a beautiful drive on the Cherohala Skyway, hike one of the many nearby trails, check out the artists in Stecoah, cook your favorite foods or simply take in the nature around you. *If you have a group larger than Trillium Cottage can accommodate and looking for an additional cottage close by, please check out Sundance Cottage. It's a very short walk away and can accommodate 7. **ATTENTION: The last 1.5 miles to my cottage is a forest service gravel road and one part is a bit steep. Front or All wheel drive is recommended.

Central to the areas activities, the days can seem short with easy access to Fontana Lake, the Appalachian Trail, Tsali Recreation Area, Nantahala Outdoor Center, Nantahala Gorge, & the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We can't adequately describe how peaceful it is to sit at the picnic table & listen to the wind through the trees or the birds serenade as the sky turns pink & purple over the Smoky Mountains. We purposely tucked our adorable Tiny Home into the woods to achieve the peaceful retreat you're looking for. You'll feel like the "Little Red Riding Hood" skipping through the woods as you escape the "Big Bad Wolf" of technology and stress. Evenings around the Firepit w/the stars are simply magical!

Smoky Mountain Sonrise

This rustic, cozy cabin is adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and has one of the best views of the Smokies. Enjoy the sunrise from one of two decks with this awesome view. You are within an easy drive to Foothills Parkway, Tail of the Dragon, Townsend, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the National Park. A full kitchen, full bath, den and bedroom are available for your use. TV, DVD, and WiFi and fire pit are also available. An added sun porch gives you even more space to relax.

Mountain Lake House [Kayaks & Paddleboards]

Welcome to PaddleFin! You will enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the large deck on the house and a deck close to the water. This is a peaceful retreat - cell phone service is not available or very limited, no Wi-Fi, and no TV service. We allow A MAXIMUM of 4 guests! There is one king bed and one queen bed. We currently have two kayaks (one single and one two-person), two paddleboards, and a canoe available for use by our guests. Paddles and life jackets are included.

Mateo 39B at Nantahala Weddings - pets allowed

Pets allowed. $75 pet fee per pet. $150 penalty if you fail to indicate number of pets via "Guests" drop-down menu when you book. The Mateos are 4 small bungalows with eye-popping views of Lake Nantahala and the Smoky Mountains through an 8-foot sliding glass door. Each Mateo has a queen size bed, private bath, ac/heat, and a kitchenette with a Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator with freezer, air fryer, microwave, tableware, and glassware for two. The Mateos are not handicap-accessible.

The Piney Perch is conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! This custom built cabin is the perfect place to get away and recharge! Enjoy all the comforts of the home (plus some) while being tucked away in the trees with nature (& wifi!) We are Dog friendly (1 Max and must be listed in the reservation). Must be crated when not there. We are only 9 minutes to the strip of Pigeon Forge 15 minutes to Dollywood 15 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg 20 minutes to Ober Gatlinburg

Spend time here fishing in the river right outside your door, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 3 minutes away or taking a short drive into Knoxville for an iconic UT football game. If that doesn't fill your vacation with plenty to do, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only a short drive away.

We are only a short distance away from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, historic Cades Cove, the Dragon and 1 hour away from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Copper Top cabin sits on a large spring fed pond stocked with bass, perch and catfish. Be sure to enjoy our paddle boat, canoe, kayak, or simply relax in the hammock or by the fire pit.
