Renta de casas vacacionales en Fontane Bianche

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Töchtern (7 und 11) dort und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist großartig! Der Check In war sehr flexibel, das Haus gut zu finden. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas holprig, aber machbar. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Noto, Avola, Syrakus, zum Cava Grande und an einige umliegende Strände gemacht. Alles war traumhaft schön! Das Haus ist hierfür ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Unsere Kontakte vor Ort haben immer schnell geantwortet und gute Tipps gegeben. Auch der Check Out hat gut geklappt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I stayed at Emma's place with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 young grandsons and it was the perfect place for a family! The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped for cooking all of the fresh vegetables and seafood you can purchase in the local farmer's market! The outdoor area comes with a great pool and an amazing view over the sea. We were there in February so it was too cold for the pool but it is beautiful to look out across the pool to the sea and we did have picnics by the pool. My grandsons had the entire outdoor surroundings to use as a playground and they had a wonderful time collecting snails and joining us for walks down the little lane at the bottom of the driveway. The house is close to Siracusa and Notta and we found a great spot called Cava d'Espica with an old water mill that is a "living" museum! We also loved exploring Old Town (centro historico) Modica The communication with Emma was easy and Saro the local housekeeper was very friendly.

We enjoyed a great few days at the end of our holiday in Sicily. Maria was very accommodating and responsive to all our requests. The pool is great and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Andrew’s house so much we were are super keen to come back. It was exactly what we needed. The breathtaking views were even more impressive than the photos and it was completely private which was a dream for us. The house was stunning and three en suite bedrooms were perfect for being away with teens. The house had everything we needed and was very well designed. A real luxury to have so much space and comfort after a couple of hectic days in the city. Andrew was really helpful with all the information including videos of how to access the property and recommendations for places to visit/eat/shop nearby. We will be back for sure!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Antonella's villa. The location is private but it is very easy to get to all the beautiful towns in the area and the beach. The views from the pool are amazing. Antonella is a wonderful host, so welcoming and friendly and very responsive. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub are are fabulous and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day of sightseeing. We booked this place because of the wonderful reviews and were not disappointed. Ett stort & härligt hus med fantastiskt kök, hög standard, underbar trädgård, utomhuskök & många lounge-/umgängesytor. Poolen var 26 grader, djup på sina ställen & magisk! Ett perfekt hus att hyra om man vill umgås (framförallt utomhus) & laga mat. Det är ca 1 km till närmaste supermarket och den affären är av den mindre sorten. Vill man handla mer eller köpa cigaretter måste man gå c:a 2,5 km från huset. Tågstationen vi spanat in verkade vara stängd (vi hittade inga avgångar) & bussarna in till Siracusa tog en bra stund så ett tips är att hyra bil. Vi hade även lite problem med att förstå sophanteringen men hittade en sopkalender efter att ha frågat i appens chatt. Att tända/släcka belysningen i trädgården var klurigt då instruktionerna var på tyska & italienska. Förslag till förbättring: nyttja delen på takterrassen (underbart att se solnedgången därifrån), cyklar att låna då affärer & restauranger ligger en bit bort, små bord vid solsängarna & nya vinöppnare (de var trasiga :).

Eine super schöne Finca mit tollem Pool und sehr schöner Terasse. Es gibt viel Platz im Garten und die Gastgeber stellen ein biischen Spielzeug/ Fahrzeuge für kleine Kinder bereit, das war toll! Die Familie ist nett und aber diskret, man hat seine Privatsphäre . Aufgrund eines Sturmes ein paar Tage vorher war der Strand in Calabernado die Tage nicht so schön und wir hatten ihn laut Lage auf der Karte etwas dichter vermutet. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! Danke! :)

We absolutely loved this villa. The pictures are very accurate, and what was even better was how welcoming the hosts were. We were left a small shop of all the essential foods we would need, plus wine and Easter chocolates for our children. This was so helpful when we arrived on Easter Sunday and all shops were shut! The grounds are beautiful, set in a 300 year old olive grove, and the pool was just perfect. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to be back.

Une superbe maison dans un cadre magnifique et fleuri. Le jardin est très beau, la piscine est superbe et grande, l’extérieur vraiment très joli. En revanche l’intérieur est très simple et modeste (pas très pratique de cuisiner notamment, pas de lave-vaisselle). L’hôte est très agréable et accueillante.

Host molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione dell' appartamento eccellente, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro storico. In inverno la pompa di calore è sufficiente per le camere da letto e quindi è stato necessario un sistema di riscaldamento aggiuntivo (presente) per gli altri ambienti. Consiglio di parcheggiare nella piazzetta nelle vicinanze e non lungo la strada

Quelle belle surprise ! Logement paisible en pleine campagne, très propre … cuisine fonctionnelle, grande salle de bains, lits confortables… Mark a été adorable: 48 heures avant notre arrivée nous avions une vidéo explicative pour arriver à l’hébergement… le jour même à 12h00 nous avions un message pour nous dire que nous pouvions anticiper notre arrivée car le logement était prêt ! La perfection… sans oublier les serviettes de bain pour la douche … et le jacuzzi ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet espace détente après une journée bien remplie ! Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation ! Merci Mark …

Alessandro und Valentina sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir reisten mit unserer kleinen Tochter Paula an (1< Jahr) und Alessandro hat uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und Paula hat super geschlafen. Ein Babybett mit höhenverstellbaren Seiten, sodass man quasi ein Familienbett hat, einen Brei-Zubereiter, Mixer, Spielzeug, extra Decken zum Krabbeln - ganz herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung im EG liegt in einem traumhaften Garten, man kann direkt aufs Meer sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Even nicer than we imagined- the patio is right off the bedroom making it super easy to use for breakfast and afternoon drinks. It has the best view in the city!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen! Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten direkt auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Um die nahegelegenen Städte zu sehen, sollte man ein Auto besitzen. Die Terrasse war sehr schön um morgens zu frühstücken. Die Katzen sind sehr lieb und nicht aufdringlich. Gabriella ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Sara’s place was great. Extremely spacious and could not be any closer to the beautiful beach and lido. We went a little before the holiday season started so most restaurants/shops in Fontane Bianche were closed, which is something to be aware of when you book.

Excellente expérience ! Super maison dans un environnement paisible, à 200 mètres de la mer (baignade difficile ici), calme absolu. A 3 minutes en voiture, plage de Fontane Bianche, l'eau est bleue turquoise. Antonio est très accueillant, adorable et toujours à l'écoute. 3 chambres : rare et parfait pour notre famille (3 enfants). Beau jardin et une belle terrasse couverte. Voiture indispensable.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Armando per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è tranquilla, nelle campagne siracusane, vicino alle stupende spiagge Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella ecc. e a pochi km dalla bella ma confusionaria Siracusa. L'alloggio era perfettamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, piccola cucina, frigorifero, letto comodo, aria condizionata, un piccolo ingresso con tavolino sedie ed ombrellone, stendino per i panni ecc. Armando è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. Se ci sarà l'occasione, torneremo senz'altro nel suo alloggio.

Meraviglioso viaggio . Host delizioso, educato, sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le mie domande su dove mangiare e cosa fare. Si perché erano le uniche cose che c'era da chiedere visto che il posto era meglio di come si vede in foto, la casa era una miniatura di bellezza , comodità e buon gusto. Valutazione 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo. Noi siamo andati in 5 famiglia con adolescenti. Punto perfetto per scegliere località di mare, escursioni faunistiche e città artistiche. Insomma vacanza da sogno. Grazie Salvo!!!

We loved Dario’s apartment, it was such an easy walk to central Noto and very well equipped. The apartment is full of character, beds very comfy! Many thanks for a memorable stay!

Jacopo a était réactif et disponible. Maison qui correspond à la description, propre et fonctionnelle. Elle est parfaitement situé entre Syracuse, Noto et autres sites à visiter. Également de nombreux supermarchés à proximités.

We had a wonderful few days stay. The house and gardens are just beautiful, even better than the images. Ketty the housekeeper was lovely and Francesca was very responsive. The house is situated 15 min drive from Noto so very simple to get to the shops etc. There are no shops/restaurants within walking distance but we were able to drive a short distance to get everything we needed. Would highly recommend anyone looking for beautiful and traditional Italian villa in a quiet and relaxing area.

The house was very sweet and actually bigger than we expected, a lot of outdoor area and equipped with everything you could need. Piero was a accomodating host and helped us with recommendations for restaurants etc. The house is located near Avola, it‘s a bit quieter than the bigger cities, with many beautiful beaches along the coastline. We recommend!
