The flat is connected to main house but it has its own entry. We spent there only one night, but flat was comfy and clean. It has an interesting design but in good way. We had inside parking. The owners are very kind.

Laura è stata un host gentilissima si è fatta trovare presso l’abitazione a seguito della nostra telefonata per l’arrivo. L’appartamento è bello, nuovo, pulitissimo, comodo, fresco, arredato con gusto, con due camere da letto e un parcheggio privato. Il mare a 700 metri è raggiungibile a piedi e le spiagge più belle(Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo meglio traversa III) a 15 minuti d’auto, ottimo punto per visitare NOTO, AVOLA, MODICA…Il nostro Diesel(🐕) è stato accolto con piacere. È stata una esperienza davvero davvero positiva, grazie Laura.

Wer seine Ruhe genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegener und die Straße dorthin ist sehr steinig und schmal. Fußläufig gibt es eine Bucht. Sie ist auch ganz schön, jedoch fanden wir andere Strände schöner. Alle waren innerhalb von ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist relativ gut ausgestattet. Der Ofen war etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Allgemein alles sehr sauber gehalten. Nach ca. 3 Tagen kam Serafina und hat uns unsere Handtücher gewechselt und uns nochmal frische Eier von ihren Hühnern gegeben. Am schönsten war es morgens auf der Terrasse zu Frühstücken oder Abends nach einer Dusche im Garten in den Stühlen zu entspannen🪴🌺 Die Klimaanlage war gut und wichtig, da es recht windstill vor Ort ist. Die Fotos die Serafina veröffentlicht hat entsprechen 1:1 der Realität. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt😊

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt bei Luca! Das kleine Häuschen hat viel Charme, ist sehr sauber, geräumig und perfekt gelegen – mitten in Noto, über den Dächern der Stadt. Die Terrasse, die man über die Küche erreicht, ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Luca ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Both Salvo and his lovely wife welcomed us. They were both very friendly and helpful. The flat was very comfortable and clean and the little touches like coffee and their own crop of olive oil made our stay very comfortable. It is a short walk to the island with lots to see and eat. Right next door there is a family business with cheeses and sausages where we enjoyed a wonderful ravioli al ragù. Enjoy the fotos of the late champion cyclist. Thanks Paulo, Salvo and Salvo's wife (sorry we missed your name). Thanks to your neighbours too.

A really excellent apartment with a roof terrace to relax and socialise for hours on. Location is perfect for wandering the island. Well provisioned with kitchen stuff. Communication was great, as was service - a bottle opener broke at 10pm and we had a new one dropped by 10:15! Car park is about 15 mins walk away and very busy at weekends.

Had a lovely stay at Noto Villa. The villa is spacious, with two cosy double bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a large living room. The pool area is fantastic, with palm trees providing natural shade, but you can still catch plenty of sun if you want. We were warmly welcomed by Livia, who was very kind and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier. There was also some food and champagne waiting for us in the fridge. The owners live above, so while they were respectful of privacy, we did notice a bit of noise here and there. We also had an unannounced visit from the gardener one day. The bathrooms are modern with good water pressure, and there were lots of towels, including for the pool. You’ll need a car (ideally 4x4) as there aren’t any attractions within walking distance from the villa. Noto city centre is about 12 min away by car, and parking is convenient near the city centre. Ragusa is about 1h drive via E45. Overall, a great stay with just a couple of minor things to keep in mind!

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Benedetta, malgré une arrivée très tardive dû à un retard d’avion. La communication a été très fluide, et Benedetta a tout mis en œuvre pour que nous passions un séjour agréable. Je recommande de prendre la demi-pension avec la Cheffe Rita : cuisine typiquement Sicilienne, familiale, c’est un vrai + pour le grand groupe que nous étions (18 personnes). Les extérieurs et toutes les installations qui l’accompagnent sont fabuleux ! Piscine, grande véranda avec musique, baby-foot, billards, ping-pongs…. Les intérieurs se divisent en 3 logements distincts : 1 appartement en rez de villa, et deux chalets. Ils sont un peu plus rustiques, et les chambres de l’appartement sont sans fenêtre. Mais nous avons fait avec, et finalement l’ensemble du séjour était très agréable. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse de Benedetta et sa famille , merci à vous.

Perfect place....so peaceful and quite and amazing accommodation.... everything was perfect....nothing to complain about

I stayed at Emma's place with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 young grandsons and it was the perfect place for a family! The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped for cooking all of the fresh vegetables and seafood you can purchase in the local farmer's market! The outdoor area comes with a great pool and an amazing view over the sea. We were there in February so it was too cold for the pool but it is beautiful to look out across the pool to the sea and we did have picnics by the pool. My grandsons had the entire outdoor surroundings to use as a playground and they had a wonderful time collecting snails and joining us for walks down the little lane at the bottom of the driveway. The house is close to Siracusa and Notta and we found a great spot called Cava d'Espica with an old water mill that is a "living" museum! We also loved exploring Old Town (centro historico) Modica The communication with Emma was easy and Saro the local housekeeper was very friendly.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jochen & Katia's place. The location is excellent, with several beautiful beaches & a supermarket all within a 15-minute drive. The nearby town of Pachino offers fantastic fish markets, cafes, and bakeries, & a 30-minute drive to Noto made for a wonderful day trip, even on a rainy day. The property is well-maintained, & the pool is a great feature. However, there were a couple of small issues that could improve the experience. The security lights in the rooms were quite sensitive, & any movement at night caused red and green flashing lights to disturb the darkness. It would be helpful if these could be covered or adjusted. Additionally, while the kitchen was generally well-equipped, a sharp knife would have been a useful addition. Lastly, our host Carla was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay, but with these minor tweaks, it could be even better.

Très bon séjour passé en famille chez Corrado dont l'accueil et les bons conseils ont été très appréciés ! Le logement est très fonctionnel et comprend une belle piscine ainsi qu' un magnifique jardin ce qui le rend très agréable après les visites... Il est par ailleurs très bien situé, proche des principaux points d'intérêts du sud est de la Sicile . Adresse à recommander sans hésiter !

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Antonella's villa. The location is private but it is very easy to get to all the beautiful towns in the area and the beach. The views from the pool are amazing. Antonella is a wonderful host, so welcoming and friendly and very responsive. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub are are fabulous and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day of sightseeing. We booked this place because of the wonderful reviews and were not disappointed. Highly recommend staying here. We hope to be back soon. Thanks Antonella!

This is a fantastic location to see all that southern Sicily has to offer. We loved the house along with it's beautiful surroundings. Our host was on site and extremely responsive to our needs. Very helpful with local recommendations and we loved the fresh fruit and vegetables offered to us as guests grown right on the premises; a very nice benefit to staying with Gioacchino! We will visit again:)

This home was amazing. It’s off the beaten path and very private. The photos don’t do it justice. The home is entirely gated in and it’s huge. You can hang in the sun on the entire patio surrounding the home or the roof is also a finished deck area. The beach is about 30yards down a private path. The beach was large but I don’t see a lot of other people. You’re also surrounded by wildflowers. The whole vibe is peaceful. Inside was clean and had everything I needed. There is a sunroom to eat meals. The “bathtub room” is actually a separate structure from the main house. A little romantic jacuzzi room. To top it off Rosa was an amazing host. Her energy and excitement were contagious even though we didn’t speak the same language. Nothing bad to say about this private beach getaway!

We very much enjoyed staying at this colorful place. Very interesting layout of the flat and just next to the beach which was a lovely experience to wake up to. Giuliana is very flexible and we highly recommend to stay at her place.

Eine ganz wunderbar und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick. Tolle Gastgeber, die mit Babybett und -Stuhl schnell geholfen haben.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Wir reisten früher an als erwartet, wurden aber direkt herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und lud für ein Frühstück in der Sonne mit Blick auf das Meer ein. Nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß konnten wir über einen Zugang ins Meer gehen 🌊 Simone gab uns direkt Tipps für Unternehmungen oder regionale Spezialitäten. Er war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Ciao und viel Spaß in Bella Italia 🇮🇹🍕🍝🍦

Il soggiorno da Pasquale e stato davvero piacevole quasi come stare a casa, l’alloggio e fornito di tutto dalla cucina alle altre aree della casa non manca nulla! Ha tanti spazi e 2 bei terrazzi con vista panoramica 🤩Pasquale e una persona molto gentile, educata e sempre disponibile , ci ha accolti di persona e in casa ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca e tante merendine per lo snack 😋grazie da tutti noi

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Carlotta. We came to Sicily as a three generational family and needed a space for all us - we hit the jackpot! It was open, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It is in a beautiful, peaceful spot but walking distance to the beachfront. We lived walking down to the market every morning to get our fresh bread! Alessio was an absolutely wonderful host. He messaged the day before to check our arrival time and we were met at the end of the road. He gave us plenty of recommendations ( we did them all!) and was available by phone whenever we needed him. The house is simply gorgeous. Modern and clean and the beds are super comfortable. The pool was a highlight! Our children (aged 2 and 4) loved it and used it every day, even in April! Alessio, we cannot thank you enough for the most incredible stay. We would recommend it to every one. The only negative was that we had to leave, we would have stayed longer if we could! Thank you 💜

Guiseppe war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns in Ruhe alles gezeigt. Das Haus wirkt auf den Fotos größer, was aber nicht sonderlich gestört hat! Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten! Der Kühlschrank war sogar voll mit Lebensmitteln, was uns gerade am ersten Abend sehr geholfen hat! Danke nochmal! Parkplatz war nicht durchgehend der Gleiche, wir haben aber was gefunden und können uns hier auch nicht beklagen! Für Babys war auch alles vor Ort (Reisebett und Hochstuhl) Dennoch sollte man sich das Anreisen in dieses Haus mit kleinem Baby überlegen. Die Nachbaren waren sehr geräuschempfindlich und haben bei Zimmerlautstärke ab 6 Uhr morgens gegen die Wand gehauen und sich bei dem Vermieter beschwert. Gleichzeitig aber sehr laut und emotional bis 23 Uhr selber gesprochen und wir konnten alles verstehen. Denke mit Kindern kein Problem, jedoch mit Baby nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
