The decor is high end, colorful, and comfortable. The apartment is well appointed, and perfectly located at the corner of Meeting and Sterling streets in the heart of downtown Morganton. Within a block is Root and Vine Restaurant (my fav), Homer's Oyster Bar, The Grind Coffee Shop, The Courthouse Square, the movie theater, Brown Mountain Bottle Works, Catawba Valley Brewery, Pat's Snack Bar, Limbertwigs Cafe (my other fav), Kin Kin sushi, multiple banks, churches, and local businesses.

Beautiful, modern, brand new apartment with two bedrooms, lots of light, and lovely outdoor space with exclusive use of a charming outdoor bath tub. Kitchenette with all the essentials, flat screen television with cable, and a dedicated parking spot with plenty of room for extra cars. This location can't be beat; just a five minute drive from downtown, and a 5 minute walk to New Belgium Brewery, the French Broad river greenway, and all of the wonderful WAVL businesses along Haywood.
