A wonderful home stocked with all the essentials to make a pleasant stay! Amanda is a great communicator and fabulous host. Pool, hot tub, and ping pong table are amenities packed in an efficient and spacious home. I was thrilled with the kitchen setup, and my family loved having two separate living room spaces. The porch is very nice, and overlooks both the pool and hot tub. Linens are clean. Decorations are minimal and homey. Plenty of space for a family or group to come together. Neighborhood is great and less than 5 minutes to Tanger Outlets, restaurants, grocery and Blue Ridge Parkway. Everything else is an easy 15-20 minutes away, from Biltmore to Downtown Asheville, everything feels like it is at your fingertips. What a great stay, we look forward to coming back when the pool is open!

Had a wonderful time here for a peaceful getaway with friends. The home was beautiful and cozy. Loved the hot tub and staring at the stars at night.

We rented this house for the week of Christmas. It was the perfect space for us to spend time together. The view of the lake was great! The house was as described and met all of our needs from the bedding and towels to the kitchen cooking accessories. Would love to rent this in the summer to enjoy more of the outdoor space.

we absolutely loved Christian's place!! the stock pool was such a hit with the two small grandsons and loved the back yard. Fell in love with that tree!! Everything was spotless and the perfect size for the 5 of us. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we loved Greenville!!

The house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for my family to all spend time together or to hang off by themselves if they wanted. Owners were very successful in preparing the property to make you feel right at home. The layout was great and there were plenty of things to do nearby. You had a real mountain feel with anything you may need a quick drive away. I appreciated how responsive the hosts were. We have family in the area and plan to stay again in the future. Kathleen's place was a great space, clean, great room setup especially if you have teenagers like I did. It felt like home away from home. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Lots of extras in the kitchen perfect amount of stuff to have to stay in and cook. Perfect place for a family to relax and catch up with each other. Definitely would rent again!

It was cloudy and rainy most of our stay but it didn't matter. The house is so big and very comfortable. The indoor pool was wonderful. (They are very strict about kids not being allowed in the hot tub though.) We were able to use all of the outdoor amenities, too. The house is charming! The kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the room with the bunk beds and being able to play with the balls on the pool table. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay at Jon’s house. It was very clean and we loved the fenced in back yard. Our bed was cozy too! Close to Black Mountain where we had a great dinner!

This place was simple and amazing! Such a gorgeous view - we wanted to sit outside in the rocking chairs all days. Perfect place for a small reunion with children. We would definitely rent again - hosts were super responsive.

Our stay at Franklyn's Airbnb was simply outstanding. During a difficult time for the City of Asheville (damages due to hurricane Helene in September 2024), he pre-empted our needs during the power failure by ensuring we were comfortable. The house is thoughtfully and generously supplied with toiletries, snacks, and other conveniences. Franklyn is naturally a super host who goes above and beyond for his guests. All my friends took his contact information and plan to promote and stay at his place when next they are in town. Thank you, Franklyn. You were a God send. See you next time we are in Asheville. Also, praying for a speedy recovery for your city from the hurricane devastation.

Beautifully remodeled home, close to my families house. amazing amount of space inside with enough room for my family of 6. Lena was an amazing host, and bent over backwards to help out when I messed up my reservation. Will definitely want to stay again.

We had an amazing couple of days, the location was beautiful. The small hike to the water fall was definitely a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this picture perfect, peaceful retreat to families as well as couples. Gustavo and Isabel were extremely kind to let us arrive a few hours early as our drive was shorter than expected. Thank you for the hospitality.

Lovely home that felt like it was brand new, but it was also quite comfortable. Loved the fireplace and view of sunrise on the trees, fresh air, and having a secluded retreat close to all the Asheville happenings. Great communications from our host and we would definitely stay here again!
