I had a beautiful time at the Stables! It’s a getaway from the world at a working farm. I love animals, so I asked to meet some of them, and Yvonne took me to see (and pet!) the milking cows, and explained the entire process to me! The house had traditional charm but was has been updated everywhere that it counts. They have lists of local recommendations but I was happy to get groceries and use the excellent kitchen at the property. I did not have a car and was warned about difficulty getting around but as I was only interested in nature and peace and quiet, getting to and from on public transport was easy enough. Finally, Yvonne was always prompt responding to me and was very friendly and welcoming! I’d love to come back!

The cabin is set in a beautiful location and is roomy and well equipped. Even in February we were cosy and warm. There are thoughtful touches like board games which we enjoyed playing. There was a handy guide to local restaurants and the hosts were very welcoming and kind. We would highly recommend Tessa’s cabin , Thank you Rose & Adrian

El alojamiento era perfecto para pasar unos dias de relax y tranquilidad en un entorno natural. Además el apartamento contaba con todas las comodidades y estaba muy limpio. Justo enfrente de la casa había una pequeña granja con ovejas, gallinas… nos encantó!! Sin duda repetiremos. Muchas gracias

We had a lovely week at The Bothy. A peaceful cottage in a wonderful location. Alicia is a great host - very welcoming and with lots of local information. The Bothy is well appointed and has everything you need. Pretty gardens at this time of year a sea of snowdrops. The local pub is a few minutes walk away and was great for supper. We also visited very good restaurants The Walnut Tree and The Black Bear who both serve superb food. Lots of local walks and charming towns and villages. A restful stay in a beautiful location.

we had a great stay. the area is very peaceful, but within easy distance of main roads. pubs and local walks. lots to do locally and slightly further afield. the house was exactly as pictured, and very clean. the kitchen had everything we needed, including plastic plates for little ones. hosts were easy to contact but respectful of privacy. we'd definitely book again!

The Woodshed is a beautiful, well maintained and comfortable home. It set in the peaceful and calm English countryside, with two close village / towns with all the amenities you'd expect. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the location and home to others. Thank you Mel!

I can’t say enough good things The Barn! I could move in and be happy here the rest of my life. The attention to detail in the building is exquisite. The accommodations were spotless and very well laid out. I hope we can come across the pond again and stay longer at The Barn. Jen is a great person, so friendly and warm. The views are incredible. Highly recommend!!

There’s a dilemma when finding a gem.. do you keep to yourself (and enable ease of rebooking) or share ? David and Candida are so generous to share their incredible property, it is only right to share my opinions too. This place is incredible- the location, spotless property and abundant tranquility. Probably difficult to access in the winter, but staying in spring was like being whisked away to Somerset heaven. Take some slippers for the stairs (cast iron uncomfortable underfoot) but that was the only flaw in a delightful stay.

Fab stay at the cabin for the Easter weekend! Nikki was a great host and responded quickly to any questions I had. Cabin is clean and homely and the views are absolutely stunning. Would 100% recommend and will more than likely be returning.

Amazing stay! Such a lovely little shepherds hut which was well equipped and perfect for us. Breakfast provided was a bonus and felt so welcome by Rosalind and family. We would definitely return if we were in the area!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Clare. Le gîte est situé au calme dans un cadre très agréable. Sa situation nous a permis de bien découvrir la région. Nos enfants ont adoré la ferme. Le gîte était équipé du nécessaire utile et la literie était propre et confortable. Nous recommandons ce gîte simple mais très agréable.

A wonderful place for our short stay in the Cotswolds. Cot and high chair were provided as we'd requested. There were also some good kids toys and books available to use. The space was kitted out really well with lots useful kitchen utensils, tea, coffee and fresh eggs all provided.

We stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. the Stables is gorgeous, spotlessly clean and tidy. It was a lovely calming space to be in. The hot tub was amazing and made our 13 year old very happy. Super spacious bedrooms, fully usable kitchen, comfy sofa - perfect! This was close to many, many places and ideal for families. Easy to book, clear instructions on how to get to and get in the property. We would most definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the three nights we spent at Jack's house. It was a perfect peaceful retreat overlooking a pond, and with a great view across the fields. Inside is well appointed, very clean, warm and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Paul was very helpful with all the information beforehand and always responded quickly. Laurel cottage is an absolute gem in a wonderful location. It was lovely hearing and seeing the lambs from our bedroom window, the garden is a haven! The welcome basket was a very welcome gift. Many thanks Paul and would highly recommend .

We had a lovely few days staying at the Holly barn. The barn was exactly as described and everything was great Our toddler especially enjoyed the animals in the garden and refused to go to bed until she'd said goodnight to the ducks! Sarah and mark were lovely and gave us some recommendations for walks close by too Thank you!

One of the loveliest places I’ve stayed, such a quaint cottage in beautiful countryside. So peaceful and relaxing, spacious inside. Very dog friendly, appreciated the dog beds, bowls. The separately laundry and outside hose we also very handy for mucky boots and pups! Ideal location for hiking and sight seeing in the Brecons

Lovely 3 days with our 3 daughters and partners , baby grandson and 2 dogs !! Plenty of space for us all and we were fortunate to have wonderful weather Absolutely beautiful location , peaceful and amazing views Property immaculate and we loved the large kitchen /dining area where we spent most of our time ... great for cooking and socialising at the same time so we could all be together and enjoy views too ... Our daughters two dogs loved the surrounding fields to run around in and we were able to enjoy a lovely circular walk from the property on the monarchs way and Cotswold Way .. beds all v comfortable and everything of high quality Nothing to fault and we had a great time here - one of the best kept Air BnB s some of us had been to . Enjoyed the Banana cake and fresh eggs A small point - there is another property ( sleeping 4) that is let separately which is v close - It wasn't an issue for us as only one person staying who was hardly there so was quiet but it could

Down for a wedding at Folly Farm, lovely space in wonderful location. Amenities and space ideal for two couples. Easy to find and such tranquility so close to the vibe of Bristol and splendour of Bath. Wandered around the lake direct from the house on the morning of the wedding, having enjoyed dinner at the Pony and Trap (very close) on the Friday evening. Pippa very helpful host.

We had a wonderful stay , everything was perfect and so many little touches that made it feeling homely. Great location with easy to access to great walks and beautiful countryside. Katy was a very responsive host with lots of local knowledge and tips.

Had a wonderful 4 days at Victoria's Lodge. The photos didn't do it justice. Much better in real life. Had everything we needed and more. All beautifully furnished and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Thank you once again. Linda x

We had an amazing stay at Elizabeths place. We went for a friend's birthday and had 6 at Elizabeths place and 10 in the house next door which is joined by the back garden. It had everything we needed. They had put a sign on the party barn saying 'Lucy and friends' which was a really sweet, personalised touch. Would absolutely love to come back!

Super séjour dans ce cottage plein de personnalité. Chambres un peu plus petites que les photos n’en donnent l’impression. Une seule salle de bain/toilettes est un peu juste pour 5 dont 3 teenagers. Tout le reste est au top. Corbeille de fruits, scones et confiture, lait et pain frais à disposition à l’arrivée, ainsi que le nécessaire (huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, thé, café, sucre, pastilles lave-vaisselle et lave-linge). Stock de bois pour la cheminée. Literie, draps et linge de toilette comme neufs et de très bonne qualité. Électroménager en parfait état. Salle de bain nickel. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine possibles. Et un service en porcelaine incroyable en quantité et en variété qui donne un air de maison de famille. Terrasse petite mais agréable. Il manque peut-être un vrai endroit pour passer du temps à l’extérieur en cas de beau temps. Kiel est un hôte à la fois disponible, prévenant et discret. Ledbury est une agréable découverte (cafés, super fromager, excellent boucher).
