My second stay and will certainly be back. George does an outstanding job and offers a lovely, cosy and clean place.

Perfect location and set up for what we needed. Very central and right next to coffee shops etc. Small apartment but as we were only resting our heads, we didn't need lots of space. Very clean and everything worked well and lovely to have bottles of water in the fridge, and tea and coffee available. Great communication and would definitely stay here again as excellent value considering it's set up and location.

The studio is clean and tidy and has everything you need! The check- instructions are clear and really like the 11am check-out time as it isn’t too early! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone else.

The location was perfect, with close to the castle park , shopping centre and St Nicholas market.We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was great for visiting Bristol for the first time. Melanie’s place had everything we needed , it was lovely decorated and had comfortable beds.

We had a lovely stay at Fiona's place; it was easy to find, close to Cheltenham centre, in a quiet residential area with a parking space on site. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were really comfortable and the lounge was cosy. Fiona was great with her communication and responses. Natalia was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and very helpful when we had questions regarding the apartment, which made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself was very clean and matched the description on the website. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay for our Christmas holidays.

We really enjoyed our stay in Justine’s apartment, very comfortable and well equipped. The view was stunning and the Malvern hills are right on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful house nestled in a lovely corner of Bristol. The city is an easy walk away, but the flat is nice and quiet. The flat is a lovely rustic little place, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Norman was very responsive to all my questions, and very helpful with working out things like parking. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at Nicky’s place for New Years. The flat had everything we could possibly need, and more, and we felt spoiled. The kitchen was fully stocked, we had plenty of towels and blankets and the fridge even had some milk in for our arrival. Nicky was helpful, responsive and provided clear instructions for us to find the place amidst temporary road works, and everything went very smoothly. Would thoroughly recommend this stay. Thank you!

Great accommodation, really comfy bed, for the two of us and our dog. Own entrance, car parking and 3 separate rooms with entrance hall, plus a balcony and garden gazebo with fabulous views of Hay Bluff, the Wye and Clyro. Fresh eggs from the free range chickens was a real bonus. Carolyn was very friendly, but unobtrusive, and we appreciated the welcoming messages before we arrived. Lots of great walks, can walk into Hay in about 30-40 minutes either along the path, but better across the fields. Plenty of pubs and restaurants a short drive away. Had a rejuvenating break away. O apartamento da Sue é muito agradável e aconchegante. Tem um lindo jardim e um estacionamento ótimo para quem estiver de carro. Tudo muito limpo, cheiroso e organizado. E Sue pontualmente nos esperava para dar as instruções. Só fiquem atentos porque tem muitas escadas para chegar ao apartamento. Agora se a entrada for pela rua de trás é bem confortável. Sem nenhuma escada.

The photos didn't do it justice - the apartment was immaculately clean and exactly as described. Usually there are some items missing but this place had absolutely everything, even down to a hoover and a mop. There were ample facilities in the kitchen to cook a full blown meal and everything worked as expected. We couldn't have wanted for anything else, it truly felt like a home away from home. Shone was lovely and her communication was second to none. When we ran into a complication with our booking, she was friendly and incredibly helpful with a quick response time. I can't wait to stay here again!

My aunt and I had a one-night stay. The place was a little cold at night but it’s an interesting conversion and perfectly adequate for our needs. Clean and modernised recently I think. Sarah was helpful and accommodating of our last minute request for extra bedding for the pullout bed in the sitting room.

My Parents stayed at Dawn and Steven's place for a rugby game at the stadium and they came home raving about the place! This trip was on my dad's bucket list and I cannot thank Dawn and steven enough for how special they made if for them - from their kindness and advice for getting around Cardiff, to the wonderful space and amenities, my parents couldn't find a single fault except that their stay was too short and that they'll have to go again for a long weekend sometime! Thank you Dawn and Steven, my parents had a truly wonderful time♡

Fabulous location, beautiful, bright & well maintained apartment. The pictures speak for the apartment and the amenities within the estate. I would like to speak more about the hosts, Jane has been very welcoming since the time we booked the property for our Easter weekend stay. Had been in touch regarding the bed room arrangements and informed us to book the amenities ahead of our stay so we get a slot. When I informed her that we did not manage to get the slot, she went in person to make the bookings on our behalf. What a lovely gesture! The day we check-in, Jane's clear instructions helped in locating the property without any issue. I had to contact Jane to inform that our 8 year old was looking for youtube in TV and reg the gaming console remote. In the next 5 mins, her husband was there to sort it all out for us which we really didn't expect. They are such lovely hosts doing everything possible to ensure their guests get what they expect. We'll definitely visit again!

Really clear instructions on how to find the place really good location for walking into town and any queues I had I’ve got a response really quickly. Will definitely stay again if we come to Cardiff.

Annabel's place is absolutely amazing! Very comfortable and immaculate. We loved the view and exploring the surroundings more than the last time we stayed. Annabel was happy to help with any questions but had provided such good information before arrival that we didn't have any.

Me and my husband had a lovely stay here and was exactly like the photos, the Airbnb is sooo cute and perfect for what we needed, great communication and loads of recommendation’s. The view from the Airbnb in stunning too, so lovely waking up and exploring the local towns and walk ing trails. The pancakes were a lovely touch too, a few pubs in walking distance which also have descriptive directions to get there in the booklet, which we followed.. we had such a lovely Easter weekend, thank you so much.
