Cozy and comfortable place, with all amenities you could need for business travel. Kitchen came in handy for breakfast and having in room laundry was very useful. Felt very safe in a busy metro area.

First let me say… Chrissy is the best just I have ever had. As soon as I opened the door the aromatic smell was soothing. Her place was immaculate, the decor really had me at ease. I was so peaceful, to top it off the decor had my favorite color schemes that I fell in love with. I live in Houston and needed a break just because. All the attractions were literally in walking distance. I could go on and on about my little day here but I will be back I found my home away from home.

The place was spacious, modern, and very comfortable — exactly as described. It was pretty clean and came stocked with all the essentials like towels, dishes, shampoo, and more. The memory foam bed was a great touch, and having an in-unit washer/dryer was super convenient. The shower was fantastic too — hot water came on instantly. The location is excellent, close to everything you might need, yet the place itself is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which made for a really relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful and detailed with their check-in instructions, making the arrival process smooth and stress-free. One small heads-up: the guest parking area tends to fill up around 7–9 PM, so it’s worth planning for that if you’re arriving later. All in all, I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Overall, five star experience

Nice comfortable apartment unit with necessary amenities including a resort style pool and a gym. Quiet corner of a well maintained complex. Nicely furnished with a couple big screens with multiple streaming services loaded. Excellent internet connection. Ignace, the host, was friendly and helpful - what stood out was his responsiveness to a couple minor issues that maintenance handled immediately. Another perk was the private half mile walking path that we walked three or four times daily with our dog - lots of nature - bullfrogs and turtles, little and great blue herons, hawks, songbirds and my favorite, black bellied whistling ducks, among others. We stayed for three and a half months, so perfect for long stays.

Great place to stay with all the amenities you needed for a weekend get away. Clean and tidy house and neighborhood. Stores are very easy to access. Instructions were very clear and while stay was hassle free. Will recommend this place to my friends and relatives for 100%.

Harry was an exceptional host! His communication was proactive and clear from start to finish. He was both professional and warm, making the stay smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend! 5 stars all the way!

Our host was extremely responsive, very accommodating and helpful. The place had everything we needed and more. It matched the pictures exactly. The place is a spacious and clean, great view and easy to access and get to. One bonus is the electric car charger in the garage. I will definitely stay again when I am in town.

Came to Texas with a team that will compete in a local Esports Event. The hosts were amazing and very easy to work with. Our players and staff all loved the place and had no complaints. This event takes place annually so we will likely return next year. I highly recommend this location for the future travelers out there.

We had an amazing time celebrating Fourth of July with my family. The house had many amenities such as a park just steps away, bikes were accessible to ride, Bluetooth music, game boards, community pools, great space to eat outside, and etc. Also, the host was great at communicating. Look forward in coming again!

Highly enjoyed our stay at Milya’s condo. Ideal location! In the heart of uptown and only a 5-minute walk to The Galleria. There are numerous shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. A 10-minute drive to Memorial Park, 15 minutes to Hermann Park, and quick access to the highway. The condo is in a nice, secure building with a great gym and pool. Plenty of garage parking. Although in the city, it’s quietly tucked away and faces a lovely courtyard. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the water fountains below. Felt homey and peaceful. Furnishings and bed were comfortable. Most of all, it was very clean (coming from a clean freak). The kitchen had everything needed for making meal prep easy. Convenient washer and dryer. Milya was personable and fabulous to work. Always responsive, answered our questions, and very accommodating. We are glad to have found our home away from home the next time we visit Houston. Looking forward to returning.

I am a frequent traveller to Houston, every other 2 months since 2020. Have stayed in different locations, hotels and airbnbs since then. First things first, there is absolutely no other better location than citycenter - walkable, safe, clean, fun, lots of stores, restaurants, close to the main gateways (I-10, Sam Houston, HW6) therefore in 30min you can explore Houston 360o. In regards to the property, it js simply in the best multi-familiy building in this region. And trust me, in Houston it has a value! As the most diverse city in America you can experience from the best to the worst at the same floor. But this one is 100% guarateed peace, kindness, education. Inside, clean, confortable, good space, appliances and the mains products you may need for a week stay. Super recommended!!! Will definetely come back on my upcoming city visits!

This place was great for our stay in Houston! The quick access to Memorial Drive and the 610 Loop make it easy to get around town and explore. The unit was very comfortable and had what we needed. David is a great host and responded to all our questions quickly and make our stay super easy.
