You can be at Pudding Creek Beach in 5 minutes, at Glass Beach and the Skunk Train in 7 minutes, at the world-famous Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens 12 minutes, and in the historic downtown of Mendocino Village in 20 minutes.

The kitchen is basic but functional, and still has its original tile. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and the den has a double sized foldout sofa. The third bedroom has a twin sized bed. There are two bathrooms, one with its original yellow tile and a bathtub (no shower), and the other which has been totally remodeled with a tiled walk-in shower and new fixtures.

The cottage is heated by propane and also has a wood burning stove. We offer the option of wine, flowers, rose petals on bed and balloons for wedding proposals, anniversaries, birthdays etc - ask for our price list. We are pet friendly and charge an additional $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. There is a home 100 ft away that shares the 6 acres. No TV.

You can walk 15 mins into Noyo harbour where you can enjoy great fishing charters, whale watching tours, riverside kayaking, and nice dining experiences. You will also be a few mins away from world famous national parks.
