We enjoyed a long holiday weekend for our anniversary. Michael met us at the cabin with a tour and a bottle of celebratory rose. Our pug, Poppy, felt right at home and loved exploring the yard. The porches and hot tub were great spots to relax and we appreciated the quick access to Guerneville for restaurants and shopping. Comfy and quiet!

The house is kind of secluded in a wonderful way. It is peaceful and quiet. It is also within 5 minutes of downtown as well as being close to Dry Creek. The property is very large and had the weather been better we could have utilized it more but the inside is great as well. The kitchen is probably one of the nicest I’ve seen in an Airbnb. Really couldn’t ask for a better house to stay in while in Healdsburg.

We were lucky enough to be able to book the place on Christmas Eve and it was perfect for my small family and two dogs! Everything is as described on the website, the house was super clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Marguerite was also responsive to all messages that were sent. We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home in the woods! The location was peaceful and secluded, surrounded by nature—exactly what we were looking for to unwind and relax. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great getaway. Our host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful with any questions we had, which made the experience even smoother. We really appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in nature!

The place was great. Hot tub was perfect after a long day. Bed was comfortable. Jordan and Jennifer were very responsive and great hosts.

We had a peaceful and lovely stay! The cabin was cozy and was close to many hiking and lookouts spots. Great place to get back to after a day of exploring to relax.

Gabriel was always responsive and offered great recommendations. The house was everything expected and hoped for! It was a relaxing retreat for us that the sauna and hot tub hit the mark. Plenty of privacy and we got lucky with a beautiful sunny week to enjoy the deck. We also had massages by Rebekah who was amazing.

What a beautiful setting right on the ocean. Sitting in the hot tub looking out on the ocean or at night at the stars was wonderful. The location is so convenient to Point Cabrillo Lighthouse and Russian Gulch State Park. Check out the Skunk Train rail bike excursion on the Noyo - a great experience.

The hosts were awesome and Danielle was very generous. This is a GREAT place to use a base for wine tasting. They serve wine and cheese in the afternoon, and breakfast was delicious. They also have tons of connections to the local wineries, and we were always treated wonderfully when we mentioned we were staying at the Alexander Valley Lodge. The lodge and the property are beautiful and comfortable; this would be an awesome place for parties.

Danielle heard that there would be power outages due to high winds and fire danger in Geyserville so seamlessly found us another bnb in Healdsburg. Thank goodness, as there was a fire and all Geyserville got evacuated. This is a high level of customer service and a tribute to how the inn keepers in Sonoma look out for their guests and each other. Thanks Danielle, you saved our trip. We’ll be back.

We had a fabulous time staying at the Alexander Valley Lodge. The location was fantastic -- private, peaceful, and beautiful, while also being a close driving distance to Geyserville and Healdsburg and all the wonderful wineries in the area. The master bedroom is huge, open, bright, and surrounded in windows and decks with gorgeous views -- looking down at the pool area, and out to the woods. We paid extra money to heat the pool, but unfortunately, even though the day was pleasant (72 degrees and sunny), the pool was shaded by the trees, so we didn't spend much time in the pool. But on a hot, sunny day, the pool would be a wonderful way to cool off. It's smaller than anticipated, but perfect for dipping and floating. We enjoyed the hot tub. We comfortably sat all eleven of us around the dining room table off the kitchen. It was fun to be able to share a meal together. The living room is split levels, with a pool table on the upper level and the couches on the lower level.

I could not have asked for anything more. It was the perfect setting for my girlfriends birthday. Looking out the lodge's windows are like looking into a beautiful painting. Our host Daniell was exceptional, very warm and open. All in all I could not recommend that place more. It is close to many beautiful wineries and if you dont feel like leaving the lodge there is plenty to do there. perfect place to stay.

We had a fabulous time as a group of 10 girls celebrating my sister's engagement. The house has the most beautiful view and did not disappoint! The best part of our experience was that Danielle was SO helpful in planning our wine tasting day and giving recommendations. We were unfamiliar with Alexander Valley, and she was able to help us coordinate and afforable, unforgetable day visiting wineries!

Rancho Feliz was the perfect accommodation for our family this past Thanksgiving. It gave us all a beautiful home with ample space and amenities to truly enjoy our visit. The kitchen was an absolute dream to cook in and the kids loved the hot tub during the chilly nights!

Very responsive hosts, quick to respond to and fix issues. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the hot tub, firepit and fireplace. Good for a cabin weekend with friends.

This was a great, unique spot. We wish we stayed longer. Definitely not for everyone, as there are a lot of irregular stairs down a steep hillside, but that was part of the magic. We had a roaring fire both nights, and enjoyed the hot tub which we were baffled how it was ever installed down the hill. We enjoyed day trips and the local scene before continuing north on our redwoods road trip. Thanks again!

Bob's place was extremely comfortable! Beyond that it was peaceful and exactly what I was looking for during my get away from my usual workweek! The hot tub and amenities made this place truly fun. I would definitely stay again. Such a cute town as well! Loved looking out into the forest. Great recommendations as well. I also got engaged on this trip so this will always be a great memorable place for me!

Such a fun place to stay. If you don’t have the best driving skills, the uphill road to the cabin may not be ideal as it is steep & narrow. Was able to manage with my mid sized crossover.

My second great stay at the Black Sheep! Very relaxing spot that’s close to everything I like to do in Sonoma County.

Awesome clean and cozy space. Jacuzzi in the woods and the wood burning stove really made it very special.

Quiet, peaceful, secluded and serene! Lovely place for a restful weekend.

This was our second stay - such a special house situated in a perfect spot. We just love the feel of the place and it’s hard to beat the view and peacefulness of the location. Don’t miss the walk down to the beach (our kids and dog can manage the last little climb down with the rope), or sitting in the hot tub in the morning and evening. Easy drive to Mendocino and other spots as well.

The house was perfect getaway for a relaxing spring break with my two tween kids and dog. It's definitely a place you want to cozy up in and read a book when it rains. It was decorated beautifully. The master bedroom was great, best night sleep and the little hidden loft was great for my kids. Did not miss having a TV, loved the record player and it offered us time to disconnect and play a lot of board games. However, wifi was strong when the kids did want to play/watch things on their tablets. Scenery around the house is stunning and it's close by the Sea Ranch Lodge if we wanted to go out for breakfast or dinner. Not too far from Stewarts Point General Store as well which was a cute spot. My kids loved the place so much they asked if we could move there!
