The kitchen is basic but functional, and still has its original tile. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and the den has a double sized foldout sofa. The third bedroom has a twin sized bed. There are two bathrooms, one with its original yellow tile and a bathtub (no shower), and the other which has been totally remodeled with a tiled walk-in shower and new fixtures.

One loft bedroom, one downstairs. Short walk over dunes to deserted Ten Mile Beach. Since access is limited, the beach is virtually empty- a coastal secret. I live on the property with my golden retriever and cat ( not allowed in the cottage) but after check-in I want my privacy just as much as you do

Whilst the property is set on a quiet bluff, it is still a short drive to all amenities of both Fort Bragg and Mendocino. You will be 2 miles to the world famous Skunk Train (redwood forest train tours). 1 mile from downtown Fort Fragg, and 10 mins drive from Mendocino. You can walk 15 mins into Noyo harbour where you can enjoy great fishing charters, whale watching tours, riverside kayaking, and nice dining experiences.
