We had a wonderful stay for my 40th birthday. The cabin was very peaceful and clean. The bed was comfy and the location was amazing! We fished a lot of the time. We saw manatees and all different species Of fish and wildlife. Will def stay again!

This was the perfect place to stay in Sebastian. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the water activities, great restaurants and fun bars. The condo is new and beautifully decorated and well appointed. It has a clean and elegant beach feel, with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The staff was helpful and responsive before, during and after our stay. I also loved the water views from our unit and the upstairs deck. I was sad to leave but will definitely return. This condo is relaxing and feels like home!

We loved our week in the cottage! It was clean, comfortable, and had just what we needed. The private dock was so cool. I loved sitting on it and watching the boats go back and forth in the inlet. Very peaceful. As runners, we loved that we could run to the ocean beach in 2 minutes! So, we spent every morning enjoying the sunrise while we walked and ran on the sand. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our first Air B&B experience, and we were amazed how smoothly everything went. We spend a lot of time in Sebastain, and this is so far the best place we've stayed. Everything was excellent. From check in to check out, and in-between. The unit was exactly as described, with all the bells and whistles you could want. The convenience of being able to walk to restaurants, bars and the river was great. Looking forward to the week we have booked for May. I'm sure we'll be back many times over. This place did not disappoint! The space was super cozy, and impeccably furnished! Love the Sebastian area, there are many places within walking distance, or better yet, just hang out on the common balcony and cook a burger! Brian was so responsive, and very accommodating! Looking forward to another get away in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay! We will be back next year, to the same home! We stayed six days and had zero issues. Beautiful, and perfect location. Brought our 25ft boat and docked it at the dock right at the house. Our trailer fit right in the driveway. You can’t beat the sunsets you enjoy while eating on the porch. Rode the boat over to the restaurants directly behind the home. Enjoyed the live music from across the water. Absolutely peaceful and relaxing. Saw many manatees and fished for snook right off the dock lights out back. The house had everything we needed, and more. The hosts were wonderful with communication. Thanks again for the great memories we made!

Just the two of us. Loved the house, very spacious. Renovated and modern. backyard has a nice view of a lake and you can walk around back there as there is a walking path. close to all amenities, we lacked nothing. Thanks for the stay. Highly recommended.

10/10 Highly recommend!!! Absolutely beautiful, spacious home and the location is great! Leaving was difficult. If we didn’t have plans to go events or sightsee, we would have been content hanging at the house, by the pool, every day. Communication was easy, professional, and friendly. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

The place is extremely spacious! Donna is a great host the best I have ever seen, much much more than I expected! Will stay here again as we loved the place and Donna available at any time we reached out!

Isabelle is very responsive and accommodating. The place is nice and very peaceful, almost feels like home. I would recommend staying here and have some relaxing time with family and friends.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this beautiful home. The pool was a highlight, we spent hours enjoying it every day. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and share family meals, which made our stay feel so comfortable and easy. The kids absolutely loved the game room, and the beds were super comfortable. There were more than enough towels and so many thoughtful touches throughout the house, it’s clear the host has truly thought of everything to make guests feel at home. We’re so grateful for our time here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this beautiful home and fantastic host.
