Chelsea’s place was great! She provides clear instructions with how to get in and the place had a great view of the canal. Everything was clean and easy to get to. Will definitely be back again!

Phil was a wonderful and gracious host! Directions for checkin and check out were amazing, and he had fantastic suggestions and helped with parking suggestions. The space itself was perfect and spacious. Well equipped with all things we could need. Waiting walking distance to all the things downtown. 10/10 would recommend and will stay again next time we are in Indy. Thanks again Phil!

Samantha gave amazing instructions on checking in and checking out. The place was easy to find and I liked that there was a private parking lot. It was also close enough to the convention center to take an Uber relatively cheap and still get there pretty quick. I would definitely stay again.

3 day/2night girls trip!!! We wanted to stay in because of how homey it felt, and the views are amazing for sun rise & sunset! Clear instructions on how to get in the apartment, hosts quickly responded to my questions. THANK YOU SEAN!!

Clean, nice apartment exactly as described. Modern furnishings and appliances and easy to come and go in downtown Indy. Having a complimentary parking spot was clutch!

Great place! It was easy to check-in and the location was very convenient. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

After researching where to stay during our quick friends' trip to Indianapolis, we decided to find a place in Broad Ripple. We wanted to be in a good neighborhood with places to eat, drink, & shop nearby. Daniel's place was in this area, so we chose it. What a great surprise to be within 5 minutes of walking to all we were looking for! We went for BBQ & then a few pubs the first night. The next day we walked around again to shop & eat. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. Its much cuter in person. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Very clean kitchen. Sizable couches to relax on & talk with friends. Nice variety of coffees to choose from (but the Keurig was kind of tricky to figure out). I'd definitely stay at Daniel's place again.

My family was obsessed with this place! The kids loved the upstairs “kid’s club”! Everything was perfect honestly. We just wish we had more time there to use the fancy kitchen and sit on the large porch. Rainy weather restricted us but we would love to come again to explore Indy more!

Just a delightful place to stay in Indy. Close to everything on the west and south side, but with Indy’s highway system you are 20-25 minutes from everything. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bath, and comfortable.

I had a great stay at Adam’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and just a short drive to downtown Indianapolis, which was perfect for my work conference. It had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip. I would definitely stay here again!

Great spot. VERY clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. I was in town for an event at the high school my kids were participating in, so this location was ideal for that.

This is the most comfortable air b&b we have stayed at to date. It was clean, cozy, felt super safe, quiet, and the bed was incredibly soft. I slept so well. Nicely decorated. This host has been incredibly thoughtful with what they provide at their property for guests which we really appreciated . It exceeded our expectations. We travel around the country for business, and we will return when we go back to Indy next year. Highly recommend this air b&b!

Joan and her family welcomed me and my dog when my first reservation fell through due to flooding. They were responsive and kind. Never bothered me, but soon after I mentioned some concerns I had about the bathtub, they were quick to come and address them when it was convenient for me. They offered plenty of amenities like soap, paper towels, detergent for the washer and dryer, body wash, even cotton balls. The place was cozy and quiet even though it was near a busy street with some apartment building construction underway. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The place was bright and comforting to me. I felt safe. I got some work done and took advantage of the walkable location. I kind of miss the place now. I would stay there again.

We came in with a very tight window for a work event and didn't get the credentials from Airbnb. The Host LA once she got our challenge, worked right away to help us and shows what ownership to the customer is really about. Also, her decorating skills are second to none and if you are in Indy, you should stay at her Airbnb.

Perfect place to stay for a few days in Carmel. Very clean. Had everything that we needed. Will stay again if we are back in town.

We had such a fantastic stay! Everything was so clean and we felt right at home. Christy was so helpful and accommodating, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay when we’re back in town. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely loved staying at James’ place and would stay again in the future! He provided helpful recommendations and his check-in and check-out instructions were very thorough, which is always appreciated. He is a super friendly and responsive host. I definitely recommend staying here! It is gorgeous and in a wonderful area!

We went to a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium and Amanda's place was perfect for that. Easy walking distance to the stadium. There are also a couple of very nice restaurants on the same street. We will definitely return when we go to any other event at the stadium.

We had a wonderful visit to Indianapolis, while staying in Terri's home. We enjoyed the comfortable feeling Terri's home provided us. Especially enjoyed the morning coffee she supplied and creamers. We are looking forward to visiting again and hope Terri's place will be available. We also enjoyed her home because of the location, walkable option from Lucas Stadium and the Conference Center. Thank you Terri!

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

Chris’s place was a great place to stay for my weekend trip. Tons of space and well kept. Very responsive host. Good peaceful area. Could hear the people upstairs walking a bit but was never an issue. Definitely would stay here again !
