Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Cosy, ground floor one room apartment. The Snug has twin beds (or superking size on request) a kitchenette and en suite shower. Ideal for walkers, The Dales Way and Buckden Pike nearby alongside other circular hikes from the doorstep. Eating out, The Buck Inn is opposite and The George Inn, Hubberholme is a lovely 20 minute amble along The River Wharfe. The View, Pen-y-ghent, Horton in Ribblesdale

The 2 bedroom cottage is based in the heart of Horton-in-Ribblesdale, the base of the Three Peaks Walk. We welcome 2 well behaved pets . A welcome pack and first fire wood, coal is supplied for you. Front garden to sit and enjoy the views of Pen-y-ghent, or enjoy breakfast in bed with the view. Please note we are a dog friendly cottage. We take great care in our cleaning after each guest yet sometimes a few hairs can still be around.
