It is a small unit but select and it is not part of the main house which guarantees ultimate privacy for you. Great to explore the local tracks (private access to reserve/track), 5 mins walk to Kawarau Falls. Close to the shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Golf course, pool, airport and rental car hire in walking distance.

The Studio is situated on a small hill a short 15 minutes stroll to downtown Queenstown. With all the amenities you will need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible including a kitchen, washing machine, & lovely warm gas heating & hotwater. Supermarkets, Restaurants & Adventure Activities are just 10 minutes away. The spectatular views speak for themselves & being so close to Queenstown means you can get around on foot & forget the worries of parking.

Private unit, (attached to a main house) one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outside sitting area over looking the marina and The Remarkables. Cafe's, brewery, wine bars 2 minute walk. Please note it's a shared drive way, and the spa is on the drive way we absolutely respect every guests privacy. we will be sharing the driveway to enter the property, but two separate entrances. Please note two guests only as it is small and cosy.

A new build, this is a warm and cosy space in a private garden setting with spectacular mountain views and easy access to walks and trails in the Lower Shotover area. We are located 5 minutes from bus stop and a leisurely 10 min stroll to shops (supermarket, restaurants, cafes, etc). Hosts live on site and are happy to share their local knowledge.
