This unit is dog friendly to dogs under 40lbs, no cats permitted. The large backyard, including the BBQ is for the upper-unit's use. In the primary bedroom, there is a comfortable king sized bed and a TV so you can relax after a long day. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed. **The upper & lower units are accessed thru the front door. Please lock your unit when you exit.
