Let me save you the time, Mr. Javier and his associate are wonderful people and host. They went out today their way to make sure our stay was as comfortable and relaxing as possible and their attitudes really had a positive impact and helped us on an otherwise very stressful work trip. They even offered to help with the buying and shipping of sill sheets which was a truly elegant and deeply appreciated gesture.

I traveled to Medellin often and I have stayed in numerous apartments/airbnb’s however I have never had such a tremendous experience with the hostess as I did with Tatiana. From the turn of the for my first week of staying in her beautiful apartment, I was greeted by her assistant Paola who also was right there for my every need. I felt so good there that I decided to stay for another 4 more days. Tatiana would text me to check on my day and would also recommend places and things to do. I think I now found my little home away from home whenever I plan to make a trip back to Medellin/ Sabaneta area, I’m definitely booking my stay at Tatiana apartment.

The place is lovely! Clean, lots of natural light. The host is responsive and cordial. There is construction in the back (behind the property) so the view that you see on the listing is now partially blocked by a building. However, you can still see the trees and the balcony offers a peaceful place to relax. We had issues with the internet every night, it seems to get slow at night so we couldn't stream Netflix, the host tried to help but the issue kept happening. Santiago (the guy who takes care of the building, gives you the keys when you arrive and keeps the property) is absolutely fantastic. He was helpful, quick to respond, always with a smile, and he helped us when we needed an after hours pharmacy. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a place near El Retiro (a 10 minute drive to the main square), there is a Mall right next to it with cafes, and restaurants, easy access, nice parking, and a beautiful drive to many places in the area.

Our stay was absolutely magnificent! Christian was an amazing support and made our trip great! The views from the house are indescribable. It is truly a castle in the clouds with every comfort you could want. I highly recommend making a trip to the waterfalls and taking the coffee tour. We hiked to the waterfalls and it was challenging but definitely worth it. If you are looking for a one of a kind experience, you have found it!

Un lugar muy tranquilo, pasamos 31 de diciembre y no se escuchó mayor ruido. Muy agradable y es fácil de llegar. Hay tiendas cerca y un parque agradable. Melina super amable. Seguramente volveremos

¡Una experiencia maravillosa! El hospedaje superó todas mis expectativas: los espacios son abiertos, iluminados, cómodos y con una decoración moderna que se mezcla perfectamente con el encanto de una casa colonial. Los jardines son amplios y muy bien cuidados, ideales para disfrutar al aire libre. La propiedad está totalmente dotada con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, y la entrada con clave es súper práctica y segura. El anfitrión fue muy atento, siempre pendiente de mis necesidades y además me dio excelentes recomendaciones para conocer el pueblo, que es hermoso, seguro y perfecto para descansar. La vía de acceso es muy buena y facilita mucho la llegada. Desde el hospedaje se disfruta de una vista preciosa que hizo aún más especial mi estadía. ¡Definitivamente un lugar al que me encantaría volver y que recomiendo 100%!

I had the pleasure of staying at Carlos’s home in Sabaneta, Colombia for a week, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The breathtaking mountain views from the house were nothing short of spectacular. The home itself was incredibly cozy, making it the perfect retreat for our family time. We loved gathering in the living room for cooking, watching movies, and quality time together. Steven, our host, was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and full of great recommendations for local spots to visit. His insights helped us make the most of our time in the area. The home was ideally situated for visiting relatives and exploring Colombia. Overall, it was the perfect place for a family gathering and an enriching travel experience. Highly recommended!

Todo salió muy bien, todos quedaron muy contentos, que lugar tan agradable y acogedor, de verdad provoca pasar aunque sea un fin de semana ahí y disfrutar de esa tranquilidad. La decoración es muy bonita, muy acorde al lugar y de muy buen gusto. Carolina tiene sus ideas muy claras con ese lugar, muy bien montado y administrado. Es muy atenta y pendiente de todo.
