My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It is a relaxing laid back beach themed home away from home. The pergola outdoor eating area was our favourite part of the place to hang out and eat all our meals. It is only walking distance to the beach and local village and yet the place is situated away from the local traffic.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. The photos don’t do the place justice. It was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to others. Velia is a super friendly and proactive host. Ideally based for a relaxing stay, but also well located if you have a car to drive around and see other areas of the Sicily.

Laura und ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und nett, immer erreichbar und dennoch diskret. Es werden diverse Informationen für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Unterkunft selber war sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, dazu gehörten bei der Ankunft auch ein paar Lebensmittel. Trotz hoher Temperaturen kann man die Zeit sehr gut auf der überdachten und mit Sonnensegel bespannten Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten verbringen. Die Anlage selber ist sehr gepflegt, Laura und ihre Familie kümmern sich sehr gut darum. Zum weitläufigen Strand ist nur die vor dem Haus gelegene Straße zu überqueren. Zwei Stellplätze auf dem Gelände sind ebenfalls sehr komfortabel. In den nächstgrößeren Orten (Pozallo und Ispica) sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Wir fanden es mit zwei Familien super.

Perfect appartment. Salvatore was very open and communication with him was excelent. Appartment looks much better than in photos. Very cosy, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Parking lot 100m from flat, beach another 150m+. Many places to go, lunapark for children open daily and was next to the parking lot. We really enjoyed the stay here. Thank you very much.

Un angolo di paradiso a due passi dal mare. Villetta pulitissima, accogliente, funzionale, ben accessoriata (ferro da stiro, TV, condizionatore, utensili cucina, lettini, pompa acqua esterna, barbecue...) e magicamente fresca anche ad agosto. Il giardino esterno è molto curato con angoli freschi fruibili anche nelle ore più calde della giornata. Attraverso una strada privata si raggiunge in due minuti a piedi un'incantevole baia tra due punti rocciosi, poco affollata anche ad agosto (come fosse una spiaggetta privata) e con un mare cristallino e pulito. È presente uno stabilimento sulla spiaggia, oltre alla spiaggia libera ben fruibile. Salvatore host molto cortese, disponibile e discreto. Ci torneremo!!!

Giovanni e Alessia sono due host perfetti. cordiali e discreti. la casa era come da descrizione, comodissima alla spiaggia a poche centinaia di metri di distanza, ampia e ristrutturata da poco, con due ampi terrazzi.assolutamente consigliata, fornita dell'essenziale e con aria condizionata in tutte le stanze!

Wir waren für vier Tage Maddys und Guidos Gäste. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Fotos beschreiben die Unterkunft sehr genau. Und die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Guido gab uns noch Restaurant Tipps. Wir können es einfach nur weiterempfehlen.

Everything about this Airbnb was fantastic! The check-in process was super easy and smooth, and the location couldn’t be better – just a short walk across the road to a stunning sandy beach. The perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The location could not have been more perfect — just steps from the beach and a short walk to the charming little center full of lovely restaurants and cafes. The villa itself was spotless on arrival, and you could tell great care is taken to maintain it. Every room was beautifully furnished, and the breathtaking views of the ocean made every morning feel like a dream. The outdoor spaces were just as impressive, with a lovely terrace where we enjoyed breakfast each day while listening to the sound of the waves. Being so close to the beach and town made it easy to relax and truly make the most of our holiday. We can't recommend this villa highly enough — it was the perfect getaway, and we are already looking forward to returning!

Schöner Aufenthalt direkt am Meer - Ruhige Nachbarschaft - Straße vor allem nachts selten befahren. Haus war sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

This is a beautiful villa in a superb location. The bedrooms are beautiful and the veranda and garden is south facing so gets sunshine all day. The swimming pool is perfect and easy steps to get in. The town centre of Marina di Ragusa with numerous restaurants, the beach and two large supermarkets are all a few minutes walk away. Angelo is a very responsive host, replying to questions via the App within minutes and sorting out the few issues we had. Would highly recommend.

Meraviglioso viaggio . Host delizioso, educato, sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le mie domande su dove mangiare e cosa fare. Si perché erano le uniche cose che c'era da chiedere visto che il posto era meglio di come si vede in foto, la casa era una miniatura di bellezza , comodità e buon gusto. Valutazione 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo. Noi siamo andati in 5 famiglia con adolescenti. Punto perfetto per scegliere località di mare, escursioni faunistiche e città artistiche. Insomma vacanza da sogno. Grazie Salvo!!!

From arrival at the property it met our expectations and more. Everything was clean and tidy and the interior and size of the property was better than we anticipated. Such a well equipped and stylish property with fantastic terraces and swimming pool - everything you could want and more. By far the best airbnb we have stayed at. Saveria was a brilliant host and very attentive to any issues ( we locked ourselves out, our fault ) ,he arranged for a locksmith to attend within half an hour, he is always quick to respond, helpful and the best host. There were 4 of us at the property and we absolutely loved it. Very highly recomended.

We had a really nice time in Pozzallo. The Airbnb was nice and clean, and the host was very friendly. The host was very friendly and always responsive and had some nice suggestions for restaurants and activities. Overall a really nice experience!!

We had a great week! It was amazing to look at the sea from the kitchen and to have breakfast with this view. We also loved that the beach was just some steps away and that we had the possibility to cool down in the pool as well. In the area there is one shop to do some small shopping but you need a car to get to a real supermarket. But there are many good restaurants that you can reach by foot. I would come back!

Casabedda ist ein Traum. Perfekt ausgestattet, direkt am Wasser, zum Strand von Marina die Ragusa läuft man 25 min immer am Wasser entlang und durch den sehr hübschen Yachthafen. Ein Auto kann man direkt vor der Unterkunft parken,das braucht man auch zum Einkaufen und um noch andere Orte zu besuchen, z. B. Ragusa Altstadt (ca. 30min) oder Syracusa (ca. 90 min). Bis nach Catania braucht man auch mindestens. 90 min. Gianni ist der perfekte Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar, spricht sehr gut Englisch und kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Seine Unterkunft ist der ideale Ort um mal für ein paar Tage die Seele baumeln zu lassen und Zeit am Meer zu verbringen.

Da Riccardo ci siamo trovati meravigliosamente bene! Il soggiorno ci ha permesso di vivere il mare appieno e in maniera comodissima. La vista cosi come la vicinanza al mare è un qualcosa di impagabile. La casa offre tutto ciò di cui una famiglia può aver bisogno. Consigliatissimo.

Agréable séjour les pieds dans l'eau. L'accès à la mer est direct et très agréable. Début mai nous avions pas mal de vent, après la baignade nous pouvions nous réfugier du vent dans le très très beau jardin!! Nous avons passé de nombreuses soirées sur la terrasse. Côté intérieur, les lits sont confortables, il y a le strict nécessaire en cuisine et le ménage n'est pas parfait, mais pour ce prix vous avez un lieu exceptionnel ! Autour de la maison quelques restaurants, Marzamemi et Raguse sont à visiter!

Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und sehr schön. Toller Garten, wunderschöner Strand direkt vor der Tür. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was du benötigt. Zum Meer sind es gerade mal 50 m. Dort findet man einen sehr schönen Sandstrand mit wenig Touristen und sehr klarem Wasser. Der Wellengang ist moderat und man läuft sehr lange flach ins Wasser, also ideal für Kinder. Die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind gut und empfehlenswert. Der Supermarkt (ARD) ist fußläufig in der Nähe und hat ein gutes Sortiment. Auch eine Bäckerei ist in der nächsten Querstraße mit vielen Leckereien. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Apartment. Das Städtchen ist sauber, ruhig und ideal für einen Urlaub am Meer zum Relaxen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed at Biaggio's luxury appartement for 1 month and had the chance to explore everything in the nearby area as well as some places further away which he recommended and all of them were great. But the best part of course was the appartement itself and Biaggio's wonderful hospitality. During our 6 week trip through Italy he was by far the kindest and most caring host of them all. 10/10 !!!

Beautiful House at the beach. We had a very relaxing and peaceful vacation in this accommodation. What I loved the most is that you can hear the see at night and in the morning from your room. Oriana was super nice and flexible. She greeted us together with the very sympathetic owners of the house and welcomed us heartily with delicious Sicilian treats. The house was spacious, clean and could heat it up quickly by using the AC. Kitchen well equipped with all one can use in a vacation and we cooked a few times there, beds are big, comfortable and had very good quality bedspread on. The bathroom was clean, water very hot, internet was good. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and shopping stores. Oriana was kind enough to send us a lot of recommendations. We enjoyed very much our stay and would highly recommend it! Thank you very much dear Oriana for welcoming us so kindly!!

ho soggiornato da Carla con la mia famiglia in questi giorni di settembre: le foto non rendono merito a questo luogo incantato...marina di ragusa e i luoghi che la circondano ci hanno conquistato completamente!la dimora di Carla si trova in un ottima posizione...svegliarsi la mattina e godere, durante la propria colazione, della vista del mare pacifico, delle barche a vela, del silenzio di una "quasi" fine estate non ha eguali!casa perfetta sia per quel che riguarda la pulizia che per l'occorrente...come essere a casa propria!!grazie a Carla per la cordialità, disponibilità e rapidità nelle risposte che potessero, in qualunque modo, soddisfare le nostre richieste!grazie alla governante Cettina: disponibile e generosa!!grazie ai vicini della residenza di Carla...anche loro persone squisite!!! tornare in questo angolo di paradiso?lo faremmo, se potessimo, domani stesso!!
