My family and I enjoyed our stay - this felt like home away from home. The pictures didn’t do it any justice, the place is more beautiful in person. A safe haven indeed, from the busyness of the city. Everything looked amazing and perfectly located. The host was easily accessible and proactive, not to mention friendly and helpful.

The cottage is very comfortable, homely and in a beautiful setting. Equipped with all one needs for a weekend away. The driveway is difficult to spot and not particularly well used so a little confusing, but once there we had a fabulous time. Thanks so much xx

We had a great Stay at Paradise in Clarens. The home was spotlessly clean, with beautiful furnishings exactly as described. The house is just outside the hustle and bustle of the town, making it very peaceful. I would recommend this place to anybody who is going to visit Clarens and needs space for 6 people. Great host, very responsive and proactive. The place is so beautiful, pictures don’t do justice. I loved how I felt at home, we had everything we needed from utensils to earbuds😊 I’m definitely coming back next year.

We had a wonderful stay in Clarens! The house is absolutely beautiful — stylish, cozy, and very homey. We loved relaxing by the fires in the evenings, and the views were just stunning. This studio apartment was surprisingly spacious, bigger than it looked on the photos. Our one night stay was comfortable and the space was clean and safe.

Dalene's cottage is set in the heart of the beautiful Drakensberg, with access to many great walks. The cottage is attractive and comfortable and we enjoyed staying there. Hans and Dalene are kind and helpful hosts, which made our stay all the more memorable.

Spacious house. Clearly used by the family that owns it in a good way, as it has all the amenities and useful items for living. It was great value for money for our 8 night stay

Every amenity you could need is thoughtfully provided, and the amazing little bath is the cherry on top — such a treat after a day of exploring. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene escape with a touch of magic.

My friends and I had an awesome time at this place. It’s such a cool spot with great views. We had a good time sitting around the fire, using the donkey boiler, walking around the area, and going into nearby Underberg.
