Jeanette is a wonderful host. She met us on our arrival and gave us a tour of our rental ensuring that she answered any questions. She is very responsive and quick to answer any follow up. questions or concerns. The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is great, across the street from Long Island Sound and bordering a large nature preserve. All this and easy access to shops, groceries, and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental.

We were in town for a figure skating competition. The layout was perfect for enough privacy traveling with a teammate and the house was super clean and cozy. House was super quaint and beautifully restored!!! We loved the picturesque area, proximity to shopping malls and great restaurants AND local skating rinks. One of our best stays ever, thanks to the attentive host — we will absolutely book again.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in dieser schönen Wohnung. Wir hatten genug Platz. Unsere Töchter haben auf der Schlafcouch geschlafen. Vlad bot netterweise noch eine zusätzliche Matratze an, die unsere Töchter aber nicht genommen haben. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und ist der ideale Startpunkt um von Jersey City New York City zu erkunden. Wenn man vom hecktischen New York zur Yorkstreet 333 zurück kommt, ist es genau die Ruhe die wir uns gewünscht haben. Es war unsere erste Reise nach New Jersey/New York und sollten wir wiederkommen, werden wir versuchen bei Vlad unterzukommen. Liebe Grüße Frank, Karolin, Mia und Romy.

Great little place to stay right by the bay.

The house was spacious, clean, and well located. Enjoyed using the deck for grilling and hot tubbing. The Sun room is perfect for doing work.

The place is beautiful specially for night city view . Quite place . House is very clean everything and host is very friendly and respectful and responsible. I recommend it’s best for summer because you can enjoy river view on board and fresh air . Winters it’s very cold for close to river for air . We had fun and we enjoyed. Pretty quiet place. Lovely . Welcoming and responsive

This place is awesome for what it is - a large home that can accommodate many people with a ton of space. It also doesn't have the Airbnb special room of 4+ beds that sleeps 8 to pump up the amount that can sleep there. This listing is straightforward. The keyless entry is awesome, everything in the house works, and there is plenty of parking and amenities. It is older and dated, however, and lacks a few finish details but for what it is, this house is very, very worth it. Each room was separated enough to have privacy, the kitchen was functional, and the dining room, living room, and entry/sunroom all offered enough room for everybody in our party to feel comfortable. I would stay here again, especially with a large group. We were 7 adults and 6 children (all under 8) and this was 1000% better than a hotel or other living arrangement. Thank you Ashley! I stayed here for a weekend and I wished I would have stayed longer. Perfect spot for a getaway and relaxation. Olga was a really caring and warm host, super attentive at all time, always saved some food for us when she cooked. The house was clean, organized, with natural lighting everywhere surrounded by a beautiful garden and a river with ducks and a swan. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to relax, have a weekend to themselves and enjoy nature.

Catherine was a fantastic host! She left us local restaurant menus and activities to do in the area on the table when we arrived! She was also super helpful with any questions we had and quick responses! The house was gorgeous and had a great view of the water! Would 100% book again!!

Estefany’s home is beautiful with an epic Hudson & Manhatten overlook. We were greeted at the door with a warm welcome, a quick tour, and a pristinly clean space. The best part was the NJ transit stop was right outside the door that went directly to Time Square. I'd stay here again and again.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

We had a great time at Hector’s apartment. The apartment itself is lovely and comfortable with quick access to all the sights you would like to see in NYC. Hector was a great host. We arrived very late but he was very accommodating and quick responding. Everything was there and we felt very welcome. Thank you, we really enjoyed our time visiting!

Everything just as advertised, this place is right next to a a train station. The SM team is very responsive. Just some quick constructive feedback, I do wish the bed was a bit more comfortable. But enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

I had a wonderful stay in AJ's place in Hoboken. The apt is just like described in the listing. It is spacious with lots of natural light consisting of a large living room, large bedroom, separate bathroom and a small kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you might need. A Keurig coffee machine was even provided with a large selection of K cups! The apt was very quiet, I could hardly hear any neighbors during my 5-night stay, and I slept very well in the comfortable large bed. The apt is on the 5th floor, but there is a fairly spacious elevator available right across the hallway. The building was easy to find, check in was super convenient with a lock box, and the host responded quickly to emails. The neighborhood is residential, peaceful, upscale, streets and buildings well maintained throughout; I felt very safe walking outside even after dark. #126 bus goes straight to Midtown Manhattan and the PATH station is 15 min walk away with wonderful city views along the river front.

The apartment is located in a perfect location, close to the Hudson River with amazing views across to the manhattan skyline. Transport links were great too - we were able to get across to manhattan for all the sightseeing trips we had booked quickly and smoothly. AJ was an excellent host. Very quick to respond and so helpful with our enquiries. All his responses and instructions were very clear. We would recommend this property to friends and family.
