We did have a very nice weekend at this place and felt like at home. Kids were very happy too, as both in the garden and in the house there is a playground with lots of toys/ activity equipment. Kitchen was very well equipped. Garden is very comfortable with a barbecue and the terasse has a beautiful view with a big sitting area. Hosts are very kind, easy to reach and communicate. We would like to come again.

The Airbnb is in a beautiful building and the decor and furniture are amazing. Check in was easy and flexible and the location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and shops, and it is not noisy at night.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Apartment war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Außenanlage war gepflegt und das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in der Unterkunft von Eva am Königssee. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber :)

Das Zimmer war wirklich toll eingerichtet und sauber, es waren alle Küchenutensilien da, sodass man keine Einschränkungen beim Kochen hatte. Die Lage war auch toll und man war zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am See.

Es war ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schick. Wir waren mit unseren drei Teenagern dort, zum Skifahren. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. :) ggf ist die Couch zum lümmeln mit 5 Personen zu klein. Aber hey, wenn man sonst nichts hat. Der Ort hat alles was man braucht. Danke Danke für alles!

Beautiful and clean stay with great views and so much to do. Belinda's recommendations were excellent. I wish we had another night there!

We loved our stay. Family of 4 with 2 teens. Communication very responsive throughout. Clean, tidy and well kept. Kitchen well equipped . The complimentary tea/coffee a lovely touch. Shower room deluxe standard with separate toilet perfect to reduce morning family squabbles! Living room is large with 2 balconies for early morning/ late afternoon sun. Basement locker room with boot storage/warmers a huge bonus to reduce clutter in apartment. Narest lift 2 mins walk down the hill (which you do have to walk back up!) unfortunately not open as we were just out of season, but the bus stop is 1 min further on, which provides access to the open lift areas. Buses were still regular. 5min ride to TrassExpress or 20min to AreitExpress both on the Schmittenhöhe mountain. Or 40min to Kaprun for the Kitzsteinhorn glacier and guaranteed snow. Spar/Billa for groceries 5mins away, with many shops, restaurants and bars close by. The lake itself only 10 mins walk. Would stay again for sure.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Wir hatten tolle ruhige Ostertage in einer Unterkunft. Ideal für 2-3 Familien

Wow, was für eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben bei Christina unseren Hochzeitsurlaub verbracht und hätten uns keine schönere Unterkunft vorstellen können. Die Aussicht auf die Berge, das idyllische Grundstück und vor allem das Haus mit eigener Sauna. Einfach nur ein Traum. Und mit Christina selbst hatten wir durchgehend einen wirklich freundlichen und positiven Kontakt. Vielen Dank😊

Host was extremely responsive and allowed us to check in early as the unit was already clean. There was construction nearby in the neighborhood and we didn't understand the signs - she responded right away and helped us sort out the issue. A great unit for us!

Beautiful picturesque lakeside house. The view is absolutely stunning. Stayed here with 3 other friends and we really lucked out with the sunny weather! The house is exactly like the photos. We arrived earlier than the check in time and our hosts allowed us to enter the house earlier because the previous guests have left. Recommend for a chill & serene getaway from the city.

Everything was perfect the house is very nice and clean with a beautiful view. Roman was very kind throughout all our stay and before.

It’s one of the most beautiful modern apartment I visited during my trips in Europe. The place will make you feel happy and the view will take your breath away, and it’s good place to start your journey to beautiful villages near by, unfortunately if I knew the place will be like that I will absolutely continue my stay there without any hesitation . Auf der Rückreise aus Italien waren wir mit unseren 4 Kindern plus Hund in der Wohnung für ein paar Stunden zu Gast. Die Unterkunft hat alles geboten, was wir für den kurzen Stopp zum Ausruhen und Erholen benötigt haben. Wenn ihr eine Zahnbürste und etwas zu essen dabei habt, ist hier wirklich alles andere vorrätig! 😉 Vielen lieben Dank!

Klasse Lage und geräumige Wohnung. Einfach durch den Fußgängertunnel laufen und man usf direkt in der Innenstadt. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erkunden inklusive Mönchsberg und Festung Hohensalzburg. Alles vorhanden was man braucht damit man sich nach der Sightseeingtour Abend entspannen kann. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen :)

Die Wohnung war super, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Liegt sehr günstig in der Nähe des Lifts. Check-in war unkompliziert und durchweg netter Kontakt. Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht und bietet viel Stauraum und genügend Platz, sogar mit Baby. Es war alles sauber und der kleine Garten mit Terasse hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben fast alles zu Fuß unternommen. Der Aufstieg zum Mönchsberg ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung erreichbar. Oben angekommen ein Kaffee auf der Terasse, mit tollem Blick auf Salzburg und dann weiter zu Fuß zur Festung. Das war unser schönster Ausflug in Salzburg. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Salzburg und empfehlen in allen Punkten die Wohnung von Gregor.

Simply amazing. You can see the snowy mountains right outside the house. Really close to beautifull locations such as Konigsee and Hintersee. Its a long way up, but its really worth!!
