It's adorable! Host is friendly, the Main Street has plenty of variety and all food we ate everywhere was great! We were there only to sleep and it was perfect for our visit!

This was my second time staying here. Super cozy spot to use as a home base while in the area. Walked across the street to the BBQ place and loved it!

Joe’s place was fantastic. Super peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what we needed. Spectacular views. Hot tub, fire pit, and bbq right there! Views right from the couch! I do want to note, there isn’t a kitchen sink or stovetop, I’m sure it’s listed in the listing but good to plan for. His space does have a coffee machine, toaster oven, microwave, utensils, so you can still make most small meals or bbq. Another reviewer mentioned the freezer being broken, it’s not exactly broken but more like a fridge. Our hamburger patties did defrost, not a big deal for us, but if you were planning to bring frozen goods or store ice or ice cream, I’d plan accordingly. Overall fantastic getaway though! Would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Bryan's place! The apartment was clean, well-located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bryan was very responsive to our messages and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is a perfect location if you’re going on the Royal Gorge train. My Husband and I will recommend Tyson’s location to all our friends..

Cozy space, centrally located, close to everything in downtown Salida. Enjoyed free coffee amenity. It's small, but comfortable and really not a big deal that bathroom is across the hall.
