A beautiful, brand new annexe with a fab bathroom in the stunning countryside backing onto the Alice Holt Forest on the Surrey/ Hants border, and close to classy Fanrham. The property has recently been renovated and includes wood floors, underfoor heating and an immaculate bathroom. Your space is a double BR with private entrance. It features a comfy King-Sized bed, table & chairs, fridge, tea/ coffee, a great shower and a quiet exterior space to chill. Cooking facilities are not provided.

Parking available in the drive and in the summer, outdoor seating available. Village gem of a pub, The Crown & green is 100 yards from the property and it’s a short drive to Ludshott Common, Waggoners Wells and The Devils Punchbowl. 1.5 miles or a 4 minute drive from the wedding venue Cain Manor. Easy access to the A3.

Last house before Frensham ponds

The Little Mews is a newly renovated cottage next to Frensham Ponds. The property comprises two kingsize bedrooms, one of which is a zip-and-lock-bed that can be configured as a twin. Both have French linen bedding and feather and down duvets for a good night’s sleep! Bathroom with power shower. Living room with two sofas, smart TV and super fast broadband and separate kitchen diner. It also has a private garden and patio. You can park on the drive shared with our family house next door.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Escape from life's stresses. 'The Shed' is a rustic eco cabin with a living roof. The owner, an interior designer, built and decorated it using natural materials, giving it a calm & cozy aesthetic. The cabin is open plan with two sleeping areas & a living room with doors that open onto a deck overlooking fields, shaded by pines with a firepit to watch the sunset. The cabin is 10 mins walk through the woods to Frensham beach & 2 ponds where you can wild swim all year round.

Self-contained 2-story accommodation

Welcome to your peaceful countryside escape - this stylish 2-story self-contained annex offers a perfect blend of privacy, comfort & convenience. A large sitting room downstairs (with double pull-out bed) leads to a staircase to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower). The annex has its own entrance, and the french double doors open to a large, shared garden. There are no kitchen/cooking facilities, but a list of wonderful local establishment to eat is provided.

Excellent location. Station is 10 minute walk with trains 50min into London. Town is 10 minute walk. Parks and countryside close by. Modern duplex maintained to highest standards of cleanliness. Driveway parking. Set in a quiet residential road in the beautiful Georgian market town of Farnham in Surrey. Makes an ideal stopover for attending weddings. Great for hybrid working from a country base. All the comforts of home including an ensuite with modern shower room.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
