My family and I had the greatest experience at Sheri's place. My fur babies acted like puppies again. Our kids had an absolute blast playing in the pool. Sheri had everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, and comfort. We made so many great memories beneath the stars and loved the privacy the property had. We made sure to pick up after our dogs and cleaned it as best as possible before leaving. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

We had an amazing visit, checked in Friday with no issues then drove around downtown Bandera and had amazing food and drinks. Location is very convenient to the town but yet far enough away that you feel like your in the middle of nowhere. The view at this rental was beyond beautiful! We loved just sitting outside enjoying the view. It was nice and quiet and very peaceful. Definitely recommend booking, you will not be disappointed!!

Beautiful place. I did know it was going to be small, but it was even smaller than expected. I did not love the fact that we had to take all of our trash with us when we left. But other than that it was very comfortable and relaxing! Hot tub was awesome, and star gazing was great.

Absolutely loved the peaceful location away from the city. The front porch, with its two rocking chairs, felt like a little slice of paradise—so calm and ideal for relaxing. The cabin itself is warm, inviting, and perfect for a romantic couples retreat. Laura was incredibly responsive, and her property is truly beautiful.

What a gem! We truly felt right at home and envisioned our future trips back! I am grateful for the clear communication and amenities provided for us since we had our 1yr old. The location is the best and stood out the most. So quiet and peaceful yet close to everything. I am so glad we came across Michael’s place and hope to be back soon!

This was our first time in Fredericksburg and we could not have chosen a better place. From the beginning of our trip until the end, the host was easy to contact with quick responses. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the perfect get-away. It was close enough to Main Street and just the right distance away for us to experience the needed peace and quiet. The animals were a major bonus. Morning greetings from Zero the cat while having coffee was a highlight. The icing on the cake was being able to see the Lunar Eclipse while we relaxed in the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again. Tip: The longhorns love carrots and Dolly loves the apples.

Tamra was super responsive and very kind! The pool area alone makes it worth every penny. Tamra sent helpful suggestions prior to our arrival and the detailed instructions for getting there really helped us. Will definitely be booking this place again for a summer getaway! It was so peaceful and relaxing.

Great place to stay got some rain so we were able to see the river come up some. Got there early host was able to let us in early. Hot tub was perfect. The inside was really nice and well maintained. My wife got some decoration ideas, that’s going to cost me some money. Anyway definitely worth the trip.

Wonderful experience. Perfect peaceful place for a gettaway! Kelli was awesome and so responsive. A storm came through and we lost power for a bit during the stay (which obviously was out of their control), and they even drove out to check on us and keep us updated about the electricity being restored! Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Thank you!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary and Easter at this beautiful property! We loved that it was secluded and we were able to enjoy sitting on the back porch and watch deer. One of the special treats…They provide farm fresh eggs, Coke, Coke Zero, hot tea, and coffee. Additionally biscuits & o.j. (When you let them know)! There was a storm that came in and we felt safe, never lost power, and they checked on us to make sure we were ok! We were not focused on tv time or our phones, but internet is limited. The location is secluded, which is exactly what we were looking for. There are games and a dvd player with movies, and books too! The drive is absolutely gorgeous, but it does take about 25-30 minutes to get to Fredericksburg. Which was perfectly fine with us to enjoy time together! The time we spent at the cabin was perfect! You’ll definitely want to grab your bags and reserve your stay now!

Cozy cabin. Worked just fine for our family. Very reasonably priced for the area. Host even set us up with the coffee and creamer we preferred! Excellent communication with the host.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The Cabin is super cute and secluded in beautiful Texas Hill Country. Everything you need has been thoughtfully provided. There is a full size kitchen and plenty of space to relax on the couch or beds all in one open space. Kathleen left lovely notes for places to go and thing's to do. I thoroughly enjoyed the property and the beautiful landscape. We spent our weekend hiking, exploring and driving the Twisted Sister's back roads soaking up the country views. My favorite part of our stay was watching the hummingbirds and wildlife off the back porch. Very peaceful and serene. We brought our dog with us as well, so pet friendly! Utopia is a cute place and super tiny! Be sure if you're staying a while to stock up a cooler and plan to cook! Everything you need is in the kitchen. I definitely recommend and give 5 stars and will be planning to go again!

We had a nice time! Very peaceful, clean and quiet place. I like that has minimal decors and spacious. Dana and Kelsey were excellent in communicating and messaging us about their instructions.

Great location and nice, clean and cozy place. Within walking distance of the main drag.

Liked it so well last year, we stayed this year. Some maintenance issues found but communicated them and should be resolved by the next person’s stay.

This little cabin was a great surprise. Came here for a few days for my girlfriend’s birthday. Upon arrival, we immediately knew that pictures hadn’t done the place justice. It was a lot more manicured in person and had a awesome view of the river. We drank coffee on the porch every day and bird watched/deer watched every morning and night. The bed was comfortable and the couch was just enough space to cozy up and watch a movie on the TV. Our dog is great off leash, and with supervision he had the time of his life down by the river. Bandera was an awesome town, and again, we were pleasantly surprised by all they had to offer. We are excited to go back and spend more time in the town of Bandera. The stay overall was basically five star, but here a few things to know: The road to get to town is windy and hilly and dangerous at night so be careful. Bring your own steak knives. You’ll have to space your showers out at least an hour apart or be prepared to shower in cold water. Thanks!!

Kelly Jo is very friendly and helpful. She made sure our stay was great. This is a nice place to camp with cute rustic cabins and a “cowboy” pool at each cabin that is very nice to sit in and relax on hot summer evenings with a cold beverage. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The cabins are neat and tidy, the beds and pillows are comfortable.

A gem! The little touches make a difference with my name on the board when we checked in. Love the family vibes of being on private land and the location was so perfect to visit family and make it out to the amazing chalk bluff springs! So happy to have found you we will be booking again.

This cabin may be historic, but it has plenty of modern amenities for a great stay. All the antique decor was a nice touch. AC was cold, we love a ceiling fan, and the shower was a big size with great water temperature/pressure. I can't forget to mention how comfy the bed and pillows were! Cindy made lots of great suggestions not only via message but also in a nice printed guide in the room. The location was on a nice quiet street only one block away from Main. The place was private but still ready to find.

We loved our stay at the cabin. Nancy and Charles were friendly and gracious - going out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. Nancy made great suggestions for our day in Fredericksburg. She even made reservations for us at one of her favorite restaurants. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. If we are back to the area we would love another stay.
