Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Friuli-Venecia Julia

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Einkaufsstraße, in guten Restaurants, am Supermarkt und am wichtigsten auch am Strand. Trotzdem war es ruhig. Wir waren nicht in der Hauptsaison hier, aber von der Lage her würde ich sagen, dass man keine Partyhotels in der Nähe hat. Susanna hat uns freundlich empfangen, Restaurants empfohlen und stand für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht.

Das Penthaus ist wirklich sehr schön. Es ist total zentral gelegen. Zur Fußgängerzone ist es nur eine Querstraße. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Es gibt einen Parkplatz für das Auto. Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock und einfach toll. Sie hat zwei riesige Terrassen, eine für morgens und eine für abends. Zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Wunderbar geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. wir haben uns wir zuhause gefühlt. Cecilia war immer erreichbar und sehr nett. ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Viel besser geht es nicht.

We were in need of a place that provided parking and accommodations for 3. The unit checked all the boxes. Since it is Grado in the summer, it is difficult to get a place. We decided to stay in Grado Pineta which is slightly outside of Grado but still only a 7-10 min. drive to Grado by car. While people say parking in Grado is difficult, we had very good luck finding parking. The unit itself was typical of Italy. It was cozy but functional. There was a very big heat wave while we were there but the host cannot stop this. The AC helped. Most of our Italian friends were complaining about the heat so you know it was hot. Overall, Grado Pineta is a slower pace than Grado but was more than fine. We were close to multiple places to eat. The grocery store was a short walk away. There is a pharmacy across the street which was convenient. All in all, I can recommend the unit. Enjoy. Ciao and Grazie Mille!

Très contente, du séjour dans cette appartement, très calme proche de la mer ,restaurant et magasins a proximité, place pour la voiture, c était parfait je recommande

L’appartement de Anna était une excellente découverte ! Il est idéalement situé pour profiter de Lignano (proche de la mer et des restaurants) tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Anna est une hôte tres accueillante, gentille et arrangeante. Nos échanges avec elle étaient sympathiques et clairs. Le logement était tres propre et pratique, il correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Alberto ist ein toller Host, super hilfsbereit, sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einer fantastischen Wohnung in einer herrlichen Umgebung. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Privatstrand mit eigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirm und der Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer, auf dem man jeden Tag den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann.

Il Signor Roberto e sua moglie Aniko sono stati gentilissimi e simpatici. Il loro appartamento pulitissimo, moderno, ammobiliato con tutto ciò che serve per essere indipendenti durante la vacanza (cucina, climatizzatore, lavastoviglie, lavatrice....), situato in zona tranquilla, con parcheggio riservato ed a due passi dal viale pedonale principale di Lignano (negozi alimentari, farmacie, panetterie, ristoranti, tutto vicino). Nella dotazione dell'appartamento c'era pure un posto riservato in spiaggia, con ombrellone e sdraio, per tutta la durata del soggiorno. La nostra famiglia si è trovata benissimo ed abbiamo avuto la possibilità di trascorrere una vacana serena. La prossima volta sarà sicuramente la prima pesona che contatteremo. Arrivederci 👍

WIr waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Auf Wünsche wurde rasch eingegangen und geantwortet. Vielen Dank auch an Carlo vom "Da Nord a Sud", der während unseres Aufenthalts unser sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Ansprechpartner vor Ort war.

Krásný malý domek se vším co jsme i pro naši poměrně velkou rodinu potřebovali, v zajímavém prostředí přístavu. Pár minut chůze na jednu nebo druhou stranu jsou pěkné veřejné pláže přístupné i psům. S Letizií jsme se osobně nepotkali, ale naše dotazy a přání vždy super rychle a ochotně zodpověděla a splnila. Doufám, že se sem vrátíme.

das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen. zumindest zu dieser Jahreszeit. haben die Ruhe und die Lage sehr genossen. Der Strand ist super innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rund um sehr zufrieden. Danke nochmal.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Würden wir jederzeit wieder machen!

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

Alloggio molto bello, situato nel mezzo della pineta alle spalle di Bibione Lido del Sole. La spiaggia si trova a meno di un km, ma comunque Lucia ci ha messo a disposizione 4 biciclette per spostarci sia in spiaggia, sia lungo la bellissima pista ciclabile lungomare. Posto perfetto per godersi la spiaggia di Bibione, ma anche, volendo, per gite in giornata (noi ad esempio siamo andati a Venezia in una giornata di brutto tempo). Molto gentile Lucia che ci ha accolti personalmente, cosa che è sempre più rara per chi affitta con airbnb.

Nádherné ubytování v centru Caorle. Hostitelka byla skvělá. Okamžitě reagovala, setkání s ní bylo velmi příjemné. Vždy nám pomohla, poradila i vysvětlila cokoliv, na co jsme se zeptali. Dům byl čistý, pohodlný a stylový. Je to nejkrásnější dům v okolí. I proto se u něj téměř všichni kolemjdoucí fotí. To nám ale nevadilo. Jediné, co by mohlo být lepší, bylo wifi připojení k internetu. Ale kvůli tomu jsme do Caorle nejeli, takže nám to taky nevadilo. Až se do Caorle vrátíme, tak jedině sem.

Weekend fantastico e rilassante nello splendido b&b di Casa Silvana. Appartamento pulito, curato nei minimi dettagli. Host super disponibile, è pronto a rispondere e soddisfare le nostre esigenze rapidamente. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Super Ferienwohnung, in ruhiger und dennoch strandnaher Lage, mit eigenem Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder etc. Perfekt für Familien.

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni molto piacevoli in questo appartamento. La casa è tranquilla, curata nei dettagli e perfettamente pulita. Cristina, la proprietaria, è stata sempre disponibile e gentile, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Ottima anche la posizione: facile raggiungere le principali attrazioni sia in auto che con i mezzi pubblici. Consigliato a chi cerca relax senza rinunciare alla comodità di spostarsi facilmente!

Minden rendben volt, jó a szállás, teljesen felszerelt, közel van a parthoz. Parkoló helyet viszont nehéz találni egész Gradóban

Apartman je potpuno odgovarao opisu, plus dodate sarm koji ima uživo, i onda je jos lepsi. Prostor je relativno mali, ali sjajno organizovan. Sve je na svom mestu. Stancic je tih, ususkan, topao i romantičan. Natasha i Sammuele su jako proaktivni i dele sve informacije unapred. Ostavljen je čitav "book" preporuka sta da vidite, gde da odete, gde da jedete. Ulica je dva minuta od obale. Stan je na četvrtom spratu što će vam dati sjajan pogled, sve do dvorca Miramare.

Wir waren in der off-Season dort. Es war alles super organisiert. Sie war sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel mit der an und Abreise. Die Terrasse ist hervorragend um in den Abendstunden zu genießen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Giovanni was very friendly and made good arrangements for us to have a good stay. The apartment had a very good location, where everything we needed was within walking distance. We think the apartment was even better than expected from the pictures.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento che ha superato le nostre aspettative. L’alloggio era impeccabile: pulitissimo e ordinato, curato in ogni dettaglio. Non mancava davvero nulla — dalla macchina del caffè al tostapane, dalla lavastoviglie agli altri piccoli elettrodomestici che rendono tutto più comodo e funzionale. Ma il vero punto forte è stata la vista: affacciarsi ogni mattina sul porticciolo turistico è stato semplicemente meraviglioso, uno spettacolo rilassante e suggestivo che ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più speciale. Un grazie di cuore ad Annalisa e Sandro per la loro accoglienza, disponibilità e gentilezza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e speriamo di poter tornare presto!

We had a lovely time at Ericas apartment. We travelled with dog and child and therefore the location was great, it is not direct in the center, but really close to the beach and has everything one needs and the balcony is very large and nice. The toys in the children's room were a nice touch. Comunication via message was easy and she was always available in case we needed something. Thank you for everything!
