Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con alberca en Friuli-Venecia Julia

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Villagio Europa sehr genossen. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet. Die Kinder haben schnell Freunde kennengelernt und viel gespielt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt. Der Checkin ist zwischen 16 und 19 Uhr garantiert, sobald das Haus sauber ist. Laut Beschreibung waren wir von garantiert für 16 Uhr ausgegangen. Wir mussten etwas mehr als eine Stunde warten.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic week-long stay at this villa, and it was truly an holiday to remember. Our group of nine found the villa spacious, comfortable, and clean. Suzanna welcomed us warmly and was always on hand if we needed her. The WiFi was good. The highlight of the villa was undoubtedly the pool. Pristine (cleaned almost daily) and inviting, it provided endless hours of relaxation and fun. The outdoor area was large and very comfortable, offering plenty of shaded seating and space for dining outside. We loved the table-tennis table too. The villa's interior was basic but clean - we only used it really for sleeping. The kitchen had everything we needed (a kettle would be a great addition!) and 3 bathrooms with showers was plenty. Having a car is highly recommended. The villa is in a peaceful, scenic location, but you’ll need a car to explore the surrounding area/food shopping etc. Good shops and bakeries are close by. Lastly, don’t forget to pack some mosquito spray!

Ilaria nous a très bien accueilli. Elle nous a fait la visite de la maison, et donné quelques suggestions concernant la ville de Bibione. La maison est en excellent état, très propre, tous les équipements annoncés étaient présents et fonctionnels. Le village est très calme, la piscine est propre, l'environnement est également très bien entretenu. La ville de Bibione est agréable, de nombreux magasins à touristes (:o) mais aussi de bons restaurants. La plage publique (gratuite) est à 2 ou 3 km (prévoir la voiture pour y aller, mais il est très facile de se garer). Il y avait assez peu de monde, le sable est fin, et on a pied très longtemps (idéal pour les enfants). Bref, c'était parfait. Encore merci à Ilaria pour son accueil et sa maison, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen. zumindest zu dieser Jahreszeit. haben die Ruhe und die Lage sehr genossen. Der Strand ist super innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rund um sehr zufrieden. Danke nochmal.

Siamo stati benissimo. Posto magnifico e amante degli animali. I miei due canoni sono stati al top! Consiglio perché oltre ad essere un posto bellissimo è situato a 15 minuti da Treviso e poco di più da venezia il top

Francesco e la sua famiglia sono veramente delle ottime, genuine e piacevolissime persone sono stati disponibilissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Eravamo in 5 maschioni in visita per vedere la gara della cronoscalata covidale castelmonte, la location comoda per raggiungere il tracciato e una volta rincasati dopo la gara ci sentivamo in paradiso, giardino bellissimo, curato e soprattutto la tettoietta con un tavolone ottimo per cene all'aria aperta. Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo.

Huisje zoals beschreven in de advertentie, leuk zwembad voor de kids. Rustig gelegen, vriendelijke eigenaars. Een afwasmachine zou handig zijn, maar geen must.

Wir waren nun schon das 3. Kahr in Folge in der Unterkunft und sind nach wie vor begeistert... Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Perfektes Airbnb für einen Strandurlaub. Wohnung direkt in der Altstadt an einem großen Platz (könnte daher Abends lauter werden ist aber ab 23:30 spätestens ruhig (bis auf die Wasserfontänen). Dies war für uns aber zu keiner Zeit ein Problem, wir konnten trotzdem sehr gut schlafen. Die Küche bietet alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Giovanni antwortet immer sehr schnell und gab uns Tipps für die Umgebung (Pizzeria gegenüber der Anlage mit den besten Pizzen). Zum Strand sind es ca 5-10min zu Fuß. Dort hatten wir 2 Liegen für eine Woche inklusive.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

You will definitely love your stay at Nives and Giancarlo! :) Why? Nice, spacious, newly renovated & well equipped appartment (big bathroom, cosmetic miniatures - all you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen). Fabulous, large swimming pool with salt water only for 2 appartments (we enjoyed the pool most of the time as private, the other app.was not occupied during our stay). Very nice hosts Nives and Giancarlo, who really take care of us,on the other hand kept our privacy. Sweet surprise every morning.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Edoardo e Gabriele per un weekend a fine stagione. La casa pulitissima come poche viste finora e la cosa più bella è entrare e trovare un appartamento arredato con gusto e che profuma di pulito. I proprietari molto disponibili e cordiali. Un plus non da poco la piscina comune. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness. A great place for families with children. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory, one of which is located right behind the house. There are great restaurants and the beach within walking distance. Luca is a very friendly host 👍🏼
