Our outdoor therapy hot tub, indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, and spacious two-person, walk-in shower make for a getaway so tranquil, you may never make it in to nearby Asheville! We're out in the country but just over a 15-minute drive from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, Hendersonville, Asheville Airport, and dozens of breweries.

This net-zero house is conveniently located on one secluded acre 5 miles from Asheville Regional Airport, 6 miles from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Built-in 2020 by Blue Ridge Energy Systems, Asheville's oldest green builder (est. 1977), it features large south facing triple pane windows, six-inch walls, 6.5 kW of PV panels, and a Tesla destination charger. Handcrafted cherry bed frames support queen size Casper memory foam mattresses in each bedroom and a handcrafted cherry table seats six.

The living room has a flat-screen Roku TV with Netflix, Sling and other streaming apps already installed. This home is close to downtown Hendersonville and lots of good restaurants. 20 mins from Asheville.

The Wallace House is a lovingly restored farmhouse that now offers guest stays as part of Saint Paul Farms properties. Adjacent to the farmhouse are orchards, a cidery, a vineyard and tasting room. Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood, the Byrd Box is a mile from our quaint downtown with shops, restaurants, and local pubs; a 20 minute drive from hiking trails, waterfalls, and apple orchards; and a short hour from the ski slopes! Come relax on our porch swing and enjoy the beautiful Blueridge Mountains. UPDATE: we recently added a fire pit patio area for your use. *Please note that our home is accessed via a short set of stairs.
