The Hay Loft sits in the middle of 43 beautiful acres, overlooking our working hay farm with stunning views of the Shenandoah Mountains. We are conveniently located near restaurants, vineyards, antiquing, battlefields, golf resorts, ski resorts and caverns. The Magnolia House is located in the town of Broadway nestled in the Shenandoah Valley. Convenient to so many things to see and do. Nearby attractions include Bryce Resort ( a 4 season resort), New Market historic battlefield and museum, Luray and Shenandoah caverns, multiply vineyards, antique/flea market shopping and only 18 miles to Harrisonburg. The house is a short walk to Heritage park. The park offers a children play area, picnic shelters, a walking path and pickleball courts.

Welcome to our family’s little getaway. Our 12x20 ft cabin sits beside a 2.5 acre pond. Savor the evening beside a campfire listening to the nightfall on our Valley or from the porch swing. The tiny house/cabin is 2 story with a small but full kitchen (complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, & coffee maker) and the sleeping area upstairs. Please note that if you have mobility issues our place might not be right for you. Relax and enjoy being unplugged (no TV or Wi-Fi)
