The Heart of New Hamburg - Picturesque Modern Home

This newly renovated schoolhouse doubles as a picturesque live-in museum! Well lit with stately windows, the upper level delivers a fusion of classic and modern with a fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom and large bathroom with a quaint tub and hand crafted fittings. The lower level boasts of 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, a cozy living area, kitchenette, dedicated workspace and separate entrance. The back patio has heated flooring; making the winter months bearable for outdoor activities.

The Loft on Downie - Downtown Stratford

Located on the top floor, with a view of downtown, our 450 square foot condo is steps away from the heart of downtown Stratford and all it has to offer including cozy coffee shops, elegant restaurants, the Avon Theatre, close to the famous Stratford festival, and other shops for all to enjoy. Perfect for a couple’s getaway or to enjoy as friends travelling together. Our condo offers all the essentials including a luxurious queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, a 55” smart TV and ensuite laundry.

The Avon Festival Get-Away

We take pride in ensuring our place is clean, polished and comfortable. A 16 min walk to the Festival Theatre on Queen St. It is a pretty walk along the arboretum and Avon River. We have a well equipped kitchenette, and a high end Kreuig for your tea, coffee, and chai latte needs, all free of charge - also has a cold brew feature! Our basement suite is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). The suite has free parking and a private entrance.

The Carriage House Suites - the South Suite

Welcome to the Carriage House Suites located on the edge of beautiful Blyth Ontario. The suites are next to the historical former Grand Trunk Railway Station that is converted into a home. There is so much to do in Blyth and surrounding area, from dining, live theatre, a craft brewery, to shopping, and beautiful trails. The suites are a short twenty minute drive to the beaches of Lake Huron. There are two suites available, the South Suite and the North Suite. The suites are listed separately.

The Guest House

Included on this farmhouse property is a patio & furniture, picnic table, fire pit, BBQ, and lots of open yard. Guests have full use of the house, including the kitchen, which is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, and coffee & tea. Beside Exeter Golf Club/The Barn Restaurant. 30 min drive to Grand Bend. 2 min drive to hiking trails, Ironwood Golf Course & Exeter. Local Breweries a short drive any direction. 30 min to London. *$50/extra guest after 4 people

Up The Creek A-Frame Cottage

Relax in an A-frame Cottage over looking a stocked trout pond surrounded by trees. 20 acres of trails. Fish swim, kayak or canoe in the pond or creek. Watch the ducks, frogs, herons, birds, turtles & a variety of wildlife. Enjoy the stars & roast marshmallows at the camp fire. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, wood stove, fire pit and 3 piece bathroom. Placed perfectly only a half block from the Thames River in the hidden architectural wonderland that is St Marys, Ontario is the recently renovated ‘Old Blue Cottage’. Just south of Stratford, 20 minutes northeast of London and a little under an hour’s drive from Kitchener-Waterloo you’ll find this quaint two-bedroom retreat; one featuring a bunk bed, and principle bedroom with a walkout to the covered back deck.
