Our thoughtfully designed waterfront escape on the Sunshine Coast is ready for you to relax and let your troubles melt away. Beach access is just steps away from the door. A peak-a-boo ocean view from the SW facing deck, and hiking and bike trails, and waterfalls just short distance. The interior is carefully curated with luxurious finishes and beautiful and comfortable furnishings in every room.

Harbour House

Fun and funky artists cottage with oceanfront, and panoramic views of Ladysmith Harbour and Woodley Range Ecological Reserve. Watch otters, seals and blue Herons as you sip your morning coffee on the covered deck. Use the 2 sit on top Kayaks and paddle board, included with your stay, to explore the harbour and the small islands across from the house. We live here and our home is compliant with the laws and bylaws for our area. There is a full kitchen and open, spacious dining and living areas.

Palm Retreat House - Luxury 2 BR in Snug Cove

Newly rennovated and furnished and just a short (flat!) walk from the ferry in Snug Cove, the Palm Retreat House has everything you need for a tranquil and easy island escape in high style. Enjoy a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms that can sleep up to 5. Walk to shops, cafe's, galleries, restaurants, beaches, and trails. Your experienced hostess can provide tips for cycling, walks, hikes, beaches and more, and she efforts to make your stay special. High design and peaceful, but close to everything!

South facing, sheltered from most of the wind, walk-on oceanfront in the city! Large deck, Solarium, Hot-tub, Kayaks and stunning views (Brandon Islands, Newcastle Island Provincial Park, Birds, Seals, Otters, Boats, Fisheries Canada docks). Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.
